Now Let Me Tell You 'bout The Good Life

~~~Iris POV~~~

I could not believe he was here. A bunch of questions started to go through my head.

Why does he want to adopt? Is it a stunt for more publicity? Why this orphanage?

"Hey I'm Vic, but by the look on your face I'm guessing you already know that"

All I could do was nod and try to hold back my fangirl. "Yeah I know who you are, my names Iris by the way" wow I didn't even know I had a voice still.

Everyone around us made some sort of sound of suprise. Oh yeah, did I mention that I'm mute. I was really never a social person so not talking was just easier for me. I was always ignored or bullied, and I'm found talking back to bullies is a bad idea. But talking to Vic was easier for me. It's like I already knew him because of his music, and I know he will never judge me.

"so how would you like to be Iris Fuentes instead?"

"OMFG I WOULD LOVE TO!" Oops. I guess the fangirl side of me had to come out at some time.

"Go pack your bags kiddo, while I sign these papers" he told while chuckling at my fangirlness. Is that even a word. Oh well.

I did as I was told a ran up to my 'room'. Yeah more like a broom closet. I didn't have much to pack. 7 shirts (which are all band shirts), 3 hoodies, 4 pairs of skinny jeans, 2 beanies, and 2 pairs of converse.

I took down all of my posters. And trust me there was a lot.

I went to my vanity and packed all my make up and hair stuff. I got a small bag for my jewelry. I went to my bathroom, I got my own for being the oldest here, and packed all my toiletries and my pills. Finally, I went to my secret box under my bed and shoved it in the bottom of my bag. Hopefully he never finds out about that.

I grabbed my bags, which just consisted of a suitcase and my batman duffel bag. If you haven't already noticed, I have a thing for batman. And no, I'm not one of those girls that only like batman because of Andy Biersack. Bitch I liked batman before he was born! Okay, maybe thats an exaggeration, but I LOVE ME BATMAN! God I'm weird.

I went do the stairs slowly and started to think. Where did my sudden burst of confidence come from earlier? I haven't said a word in about 3 years, unless I was singing to myself. I remember when I went to a Black Veil Brides concert and talked to Andy, but that's it. I shrugged it off and went to where vic was.
