You woke up to your alarm it was 11:30 pm you got up and stretched

Y/n: "Barkk are you awake?"

You heard little groans

Barkk: "yes but i don't want to be"

You chuckled

Y/n: "come on get up we have patrol with Ladybug"

Barkk: "ok"

You got up and walked down stairs you looked out the window to see a car outside Nikki was home

Y/n: "better be quiet then"

You went to your pantry and grabbed a bag full of treats and you walked back upstairs you took out a treat and gave it to Barkk

Y/n: "enjoy"

You grabbed your zip up hoodie you saw Barkk fly in your pocket while eating the treat you grabbed the bag of treats and put it in your pocket and you headed downstairs you walked out your house and walked down the road you saw a empty ally you took the opportunity to transform

Y/n: "BARKK FETCH!"

Once as K-9 you made your way to the Eiffel tower you ran rooftop to rooftop you admired all the light of Paris you made it to the tower you looked down at all the light of late opened businesses and streetlights to you it looked like a huge carnival you stood on the highest point looking down at the city you began to think

K-9: "somehow im always ending up here one way or another as (y/n) and K-9 and the last time (y/n) was here it was not pleasant"

You leaned on the rail looked out into Paris you began to think of the nickname the city was dubbed

K-9: "city of love huh? What a bunch of bullshit"

???: "i wouldn't be so sure about that"

You recognize the voice so you weren't startled you looked up to see Ladybug perched up at the peek of the tower

K-9: "why do you say that Ladybug?"

Ladybug: "well I know many people that fell in love and living amazing lives here my parents are one of them"

K-9: "so did my parents"

Ladybug: "then why are saying that?"

K-9: "my mom was cheating on my dad for 5 years when she got caught she pinned my dad as the bad guy saying he didn't care about her only his job which couldn't be farther from the truth in the end she left him for that asshole last time I heard from her she went to the states and she was pregnant and her lover left her I say karma is a bitch"

Ladybug: "im sorry to hear that it must have hurt founding out"

K-9: "It doesn't matter really not like I got much of a family anymore"

Ladybug: "I wont ask it"

You smiled at her

K-9: "thanks Ladybug but I will say life did get better"

Ladybug: "how so?"

K-9: "Well look at me I'm a super hero fighting along side the hero's of Paris its every little kids dream of doing that and I guess you can say it was my dream too"

Ladybug chuckled

You looked back at Ladybug

K-9: "Spots I promise I won't let Hawkmoth win ill do anything it takes even if it kills me"
