Chapter Four- Think.

Bridgette's P.O.V

I was shaken lightly by something that wasn't Brett's arms. I opened my eyes and looked around, the realization of yesterday set it. I'm on a plane to America, I moved around in my seat with my blanket beginning to strangle me. I threw the blanket on the isle of the airplane and rubbed my eyes.

My phone began to vibrate in my pocket vigorously. I pulled it out to check what the reasons were for the vibration- 4 new messages, and 6 missed calls.

From Louis xx: "How's it going? Lunch suckkss without you.. I miss you already. xx

"Brett? What time is it?" I asked still slowly waking up.

"Almost 6, why?" Brett responded looking up from the tabloid he was reading.

"Oh no." I whispered while going through the rest of the messages.

From Louis xx: "In the library.. you alive? xx"

From Louis xx: "Bridgette :c?"

From Aunt Jay xx: "How's the plane? Love and miss ya. xx"

From Louis xx: "Wakkeeyyy Wakkeeyy!! xx"

3 missed calls from Louis xx, 1 missed call from Mum, 1 missed call from Aunt Jay xx, and 1 missed call from Tommo Home xx.

"When are we landing?" I asked Brett, watching him get out of some type of trance.

"Oh. Uh." Brett smiled blinking twice, "I'd say in about fifteen minutes. I bit my lip and began to look around the plane. I noticed that there were a lot of people on this plane. Most of the passengers consisted of girls around my age.

"What's with all the girls?" I whispered to Brett. He turned to look at the girls then looked back at me.

"School trip?" Brett responded, I glanced at the girls once more before turning around back in seat. I turned to the left and began to glance outside of the window. It looked as so we were getting closer to the ground. I could see fields and some buildings. Although were up too high to define anything like landmarks or a 'Welcome to America' sign.

"Attention all passengers, we'll be landing in California in a couple of minutes. We'd like for you now to buckle your seat belts and gather all your belongings. Thanks for choosing British Airways, and have a nice day." the flight attendant spoke, I grabbed my purse off the ground and made sure all my stuff was still in my little space above me.

It was really crowded on the plane and most of the people in it were very rude. We must of been standing in our seats for about five minutes before Brett said screw it and cut in front of one of the many girls that were around my age.

Brett and I were stood in line for a good solid ten minutes before our luggage was given back to us. Once I caught eye view of my luggage, I grabbed it along with my 3 boxes and we were off and out of the crowded airport.

I was stood in a Gas Station bathroom waiting for my brother to finish gathering snacks for the remainder of our road trip home.

Before I was able to talk to Louis for the first time since the flight, I had to call him about three times. On my third attempt to contact him, the ringer buzzed in my ear about two times before Louis picked up.

"Bri. Where. Have. You. Been?" Lou said with many breathes.

"I am so sorry. I was," I sighed and put my hand through my messy hair. "sleeping." I laughed, I could picture him in my head smiling.
