Chapter Eleven- I guess it's goodbye.
Bridgette's P.O.V
"You promise you won't ever forget our promise?" Louis whispered in my ear making me blush slightly. I nodded and let out another shy smile.
"I promise." I whispered back, hugging him tighter. The day I dreaded most in this trip has now hit, my departure. If I had my own way, I'd be staying here for another week or two, but I'm needed in California by my family, so I can't complain about it.
"Just remember something, ok?"
"Anything." I said with a light hearted smile, never leaving the beautiful gaze in his eyes.
“Think of me fondly when we’ve said good bye. Remember me, once in a while. Please promise me you’ll try. When you find that once again you long to take your heart back and be free, if you ever find a moment spare a thought for me.”
"Oh so you write poetry know?"
"No it's just Andrew Webber. Just promise me, ok?"
"I promise." I whispered, and smiled again. Lou gave yet another squeeze, making me laugh and hug him tighter.
"Why must you leave again?" Louis whispered in my ear making me goose bump slightly again.
"I told you, Brett called." I smiled and let go of him to look at his face,
"Brett's a meany." He whined making me giggle slightly.
"Tell me something I don't know."
"That I got you something." Lou whispered again, my eyes grew wide with excitement and I smiled.
"I didn't know that." I said with a small smile and watched him pull something out of his pocket and smirked. It was a tiny rectangular package with sloppy pink wrapping, I smiled, the way it was wrapped definitely made it unique.
"Well now you do.'' He said whilst putting the small wrapped item in the palm of my hand. I looked at him again and smiled foolishly.
"There are approximately 1,013,913 words in the English language but I could never string any of them together to explain how incredible I think you are." I spoke with a whisper, Louis smiled genuinely and kissed my forehead.
"Let's just agree on sexy." He said jokingly, resulting me to slap his arm gentley. "Agree to disagree." I rolled my eyes and smiled. "Open it, Bridgey." He wined like a five year old making me roll my eyes again.
I riped open the package and my eyes instantly grew. It was a collage, a collage of us. I guess he must of collected all the pictures that were taken of us over the years and put them in this shadow box. At the bottom of the box held the brown button I found when we were kids. I smiled widely and started to tear up, It was one of the nicest things anyone has ever done for me.
"You saved it." I whispered and looked up at his pale face, his blue eyes standing out tremendously today.
"Saved what?"
"The button." I saw him smile and blush slightly, I walked over to him and indulged myself into his body, the box forcing into my side.
"Of course I did. It's the lucky button." Louis said with a short wink making me blush slightly and giggle.
''I can't even begin to tell you what this means to me, Lou." I gushed to him, my vision slightly blurry, but that was only out of happiness.
"Thank you would do it." Louis joked making me run back into him and indulge him in another bone crushing hug.
