The Proud Lesbian. That's how everyone saw her. Addison White. She used to be the big talk of the school after she was found making out with the head cheerleader, Kinley Wilson, at the Home Coming game last year. The whole cheer squad was quaking, but later got over it when apparently Malachi Moore got some girl that wasn't his girlfriend pregnant.

But that's not the point, new school year, Addison was now going to be a Senior. She was almost an adult, almost out of school, almost out to college, truly grown up, mature. Every new year there's new students, every year new band kids.

Addison was sitting in the band room, with her medium iced coffee from the Bean Scene, waiting for new rookies to show up to Rookie Camp. New Freshmen were rushing in, trying not to be late, knowing they needed to be ready for Basics Block by 7:55 and it was already 7:40.

Addison was not ready for this marching band season. There were so many band kids she DID NOT want to see, but she was also super excited for this year, new comers went new friends and new people to teach. She just couldn't wait to meet the rookies.

After everyone was ready, the guard members went to the practice field to get started. Mrs. Wilder talked a little before they started Basics Block and told them the run down. She decided to pair one or two rookies with one upper class man. "Haley you'll be with our rookies Samantha and Brittney, Kurt you work with Laura and Harper, and Addison I'm gonna need you to work alone with our new sister, Harmony, because she did not get to go to clinics."

Harmony Kizer, the new Senior rookie, beautiful and looked way too mature to be only 17, innocent, pure, not ready for the crack head band members. She meets Addison towards the back of the practice field so they could get some space. She pulls out her flag, ready to get started.

After Addison was done talking to her gay best friend, Finley, she goes to Harmony. As soon as Addison saw  Harmony, she's mesmerised. She's never seen someone so beautiful before and she knew this would be the reason why this marching season would be good.

They start with the way you march across the field and flutter runs, next low toss, then more. After about 3 hours, Mrs. Wilder says its time to go inside to get ready for lunch. The girls and small amount of boys go and put up their stuff. Addison was going to go to Jack's for lunch. Out of no where, Addison notices herself asking Harmony if she wanted to go to Jack's with her. Fortunately, she said yes. The two girl go to get in the upper class man's car.
