UPDATE: Banana Gum Entertainment New Girl Group Time Slip Reveals More About First Member Seol And Group's Official Homepage

Are you ready for Banana Gum Entertainment's new girl group?

It has now been officially confirmed that Banana Gum's new group will be named Time Slip! The news was shared on June 16 at midnight KST, after an exciting countdown began the day before. The countdown website also included the text "Life is Fleeting" and "Let's run away, and let time slip from our minds."

The agency has also introduced Time Slip's member Seol through a fun introduction film and photos! The ending of the video includes morse code for the word "Floating."

June 18, after Banana Gum Entertainment officially revealed their new girl group's name, Time Slip, as well as first member, Seol, the agency opened the group's official homepage. The page shows a countdown to the next group member reveal.

The agency also dropped some additional information on Seol: at 20 years of age (international reckoning), she is the leader of the group and an incredible singer.

Though this much is already known, since Seol was the former maknae of rookie group Crystal Sky. Her outstanding vocals gained lots of attention, and after she left the group due to personal reasons fans were upset at the loss of a 'Taeyeon 2.0' as many call her.

How old are you?
- I just turned 20 on the second of June, actually!
Why did you want to become an idol?
- Well, ever since I was young I would put on concerts for my family with 2ne1 and BoA songs and I really was just always fascinated with the whole 'idol' life.
How long have you been training?
- When I was in Crystal Sky I trained for 2 years and after my departure, I trained for another 6 months just to refresh my memory before I joined Time Slip.
Was it a difficult switch from
Crystal Sky?
- I wouldn't necessarily call it difficult, but rather it was an experience to say the least [laughs]
What song are you most excited for on the album?
- Definitely One and Only, since I produced and wrote that song! Please anticipate Time Slip's debut, and I hope to see you in the future!
