the first step

But as were moving closer to the ugly guy I notice there's another bench behind the ugly guy's bench. .....

Have you ever been in situation where you know something is dangerous like the danger in doing that thing or going near is won't end well for you but still the curious and crazy  part of you want to know what is behind the red light........thats what am feeling right now the moment I notice the guy that is sitting  behind the ugly guy I could sense the red light blaring
around him and every fiber in my body is against going near him but I ignore the feelings and follow penny  to where he's sitting .....

"Daniel " penny tapped him

He remove his earpiece and stand up

"Pebby" he offer his hand for a shake

"Hi" I greet breathlessly

"Hi" Daniel turn to daine to greet her

"He-e-llo" daine answer slowly... wow even daine admire the fine specimen

Daniel turn back to face me

"Daniel this is omolara"

"I know" he said smiling  and looking and the floor like something interesting is going on there

OK ? So he is the shy type no wonder pebby helped him

"Well since she's here my work here is done" she said grabbing daine's hand

" Meet me at the cafeteria" daine calls out

"OK "

Damn!!! This guy is handsome like flashy handsome with pink lips, spotless face average height and have a nice fashion sense not really my kind of guy but with that look ......damn .

well my type of guy is kinda simple tall, dark , and handsome sometimes rich .....see ? Simple right? But very rare to see and worst , rare for you to attract one cause most of them are taken already or the ones available are playboys

But the guy standing before me is close to the type I want . Instead of tall he's average (which is OK since am a short girl),instead of dark he's fair with spotless face ,he's handsome and judging by his dressing I guess he should be OK...though I don't mind if he's rich or not so I guess I can give him a chance...

Wow I can't believe this guy actually wants to meet me is not like guys don't come after me or seek my attention its just that they are not the kind of guy I want ....I personally have a specific taste in guy

"So? Am here"

"I can see that "

"OK??"

"I can believe that you are finally here in front of me ...am still processing all these"

"I don't get you what did u mean by you can't believe am here" ...not that I don't understand the statement but I want to know the story behind it

He grab my hand and we start walking out of the class

"Well .... I thought pebby won't be able to bring you here"

" why would you say that "

"You know how you girls are trying to form hard to get and all"

I smile

"We Are girls and forming hard to get is our thing"

We walked past the Cafeteria towards the school gate

"True"

"So who are to pebby that makes her run errand for you and i sense that you are not from this campus cause I haven't seen your face around before are you from the main campus?"

"No am not from the campus or main campus in fact am not from your school"

"Wow , then how did you know pebby then?"or are you from the neighboring university

"No,  I haven't gain admission into university that's why am here to buy the school form for next session so I stay with my friend who is from your campus here ......He stays in the same compound with pebby so that's how I know pebby"

Wait what? He's a jambite!!!(someone who just finish high school and is about to enter the uni) ...No !No!! No!!! This can't be I can't be with a jambite for him to be a jambite that means I'll be older than him....I don't have any issue againt a ladies dating younger guys but I personal can't do it its against my standard !!! Oh God!

"Wow" so you're a jam bite

"Yes I am"

" How old are you"  I know am not suppose to ask yet but I can't help but ask now

Phew!! Thank goodness I can still manage him right?

Then I noticed we are almost at the school gate

Oh my God! Mr James!!!

"Lara"

"Yes"

" what about you"

"21 also"

"Cool so we're age mate "

"Seems so"

"But I bet I will be months older than you" .....he said teasingly

What month are you" I ask

"May"

"Oh no" I said pouting "am Nov"

" see"? He said laughing

" what ?you're just 5 months older not even up to six"

"You can't steal that five months you know?"

"Dhuur " I roll my eyes

"C'mon Lil sis don't be grumpy" daniel said laughing

"Dude we're age mate"

"See the thing is even if am 5 days older than you am still your elder" he said

Then I burst into laughter we both walking out of the school gate the same time

Immediately I took my first step away from the school gate I knew there's no going back from this danger have trapped myself in...
