how is it possible jisung has the exact same schedule as chenle? to make everything weirder, they were now sat next to each other.

it was like the universe wanted this to happen, which he wasn't necessarily complaining about, but jisung sure did make it hard for him to concentrate on subjects he already struggled in.

he still wasn't completely sure this was all real, yes he did technically expect jisung to appear at some point, but not in the middle of his school cafeteria.

as if it weren't weird to begin with, jisung didn't do a very good job at acting like a brand new student, and now Chenle had to think of a way to have a believable backstory that the boys would buy.

it sucks when you have such loyal and long lasting friendships, I guess.

during 1st hour mark, who sat behind chenle practically hit him in the head with a paper ball.

he looked back and glared, opening the ball to read the note.

"who's the boy from this morning Ꙭ"

he sighed, not knowing how to respond. chenle poked jisung's shoulder and whispered. "where the fuck did you come from, to be exact?"

the younger eyed him confused. "am I still Korean or did I change to Italian?"

he rolled his eyes. "no, nationality doesn't work like that. I mean.. what do I say?" he nodded his head toward mark behind him and jisung finally caught on. "OOH! don't worry. I got this." he took the paper off of chenle's desk, wrote something down and handed it to mark before being able to proofread it.

mark tried to hold back a laugh, and chenle glared at both him and jisung. "what did you say? you know how to write, right?" jisung only smiled. "don't worry about it."

mark threw the paper back and chenle immediately opened it.

"obviously not a default skin from fortnite you unrecycled can of bubly sparkling water"

the boy glanced at the younger and wasn't sure whether to give him a hi-five or wonder why fortnite was the first choice.

"are you serious? that was your master plan?" jisung shrugged. "it got him to leave you alone, didn't it?" "..." "that's what I thought."

chenle assumed it did work, mark didn't bother them again, and hyuck never came around to try and explain the lastest scandal of the school. it felt... peaceful.

at least until next period.

{wooO ok cutting it off here bc I don't want to make this chapter really really long 😳 if I were to keep writing the ideas I have for this next part we'd go well over 800 words and I don't want to do that big of a chapter so we'll instead just wAiT. you probably won't have to tho bc I'll publish these at the same time ^^}
