Alexandria twisted and shoved, doing her best to get out of the the knights grip. Her heart raced faster than light and her mind was no clearer then mud. She felt her natural instincts begging to be unleashed as to save her friend losing right in front of her.
Karly glanced over at the struggling Alex, before bring her attention back to the beast. This battle wasn't like any other fight she had gone through this was...this could be the end. The beast towered over her making his large stature appear larger than it was. She felt like she could be the needle about to be put in the haystack never to be found again. Yet, Karly choose to keep pushing she lifted the sword as the beast slammed his own weapon down. Alex, Karly, and the metal screamed in unison. This wasn't going to be a pretty fight and Alex didn't want it to be a lonely one either.
