Shadow pov
An hour later I told the doctor I told I would be leaving. I had told him earlier that Arianna wanted to meet sonic. He said that he would arrange a plan for them to meet. Before I left Arianna grabbed my arm and told me,"If you don't want to die, I suggest you bring me sonic". "Okay" I said. I was shocked at what she said, eggman was right she really is able to destroy sonic and me.
Sonic pov
Me, tails and knuckles were all waiting for shadow to come back. I then saw the emerald glow. "Hey tails" I said. "Sonic, what's wrong" he asked. I then pointed at the emerald. "Wow, it's glowing" tails said excited. Kuckels then looked at the emerald. "I have a feeling that it may do something, but I don't really know, it could be bad" he said. The emerald started glowing ever brighter. I then covered my face. The next thing I saw was a flash, then the emerald was gone. "What" tails said. "What happened" kuckels asked. "I'm not sure" I said. I then heard footsteps coming towards the door. Shadow then came into the room.
Eggman pov
When shadow left I then looked at Arianna. I felt very uncomfortable with looking at her. Her eyes are very disturbing. I then saw a glowing light appear in the laboratory. I then turned around and saw a chaos emerald. "What is that doing here" I said. When I tried to touch it, the emerald shocked me. I then looked at Arianna. "Go touch it" I said. Arianna then looked at me and walked over to the emerald. When she touched it, she transferred the energy into her body. She then turned around and looked at me with a smirk on her face.
