Coraline was bored. Not bored as in lowercase she was BORED. She was so bored and sick of sitting in her parents boring and bland car. She groans in annoyance at the hillsides. Her mom and dad weren't talking to each other or to her... Or to her....... "sister". Yes, her "sister". A strange girl who was content to sit in silence and read rather than do anything else. Coraline was the one who enjoyed adventure and she liked exploring. Y/N didn't bother to do anything other than read and draw and whatever else bland stuff she did.
She reminded Coraline of her parents. They were bland and boring too. She hated them and she especially hated Y/N. Y/N came into HER home. Y/N came into HER life and stole whatever attention that was for HER. It wasn't fair. Her mom and dad aren't fair. Y/N isn't fair. Coraline huffed silently, glaring at Y/N who was reading. She was so BORING.
Y/N glances up from her book and looks around the car, "Hey Cora! Look! Horses!"
There were horses running in the fields around them. Coraline snorts, "Whatever." She crosses her arms.
Y/N sighs and shakes her head, not saying anything. No matter what she's done, Coraline still doesn't like her.
-one hour later-
Their dad speaks up, "Girls, look! There it is. Welcome to our new home."
Coraline and Y/N look at it. Y/N smiles and Coraline frowns.
Coraline complains, "Dad! It looks SO old!"
Y/N says, "I don't mind it honestly Cora, it's perfect for your adventures and so is the surrounding area."
Coraline glares at Y/N and goes into the old house.
Y/N sighs. Why did she feel so alone?
Humming fills the surrounding area as the Beldam makes two dolls. She gasps at the second one, holding it up to her face.
"Y/N... I missed you."
