Lazy Day

Kevins PoV
One the interview had done the police and hospital both sent notes to the school saying that we were of. And wouldn't be coming back until after our suspension. Me and stacey decided that we would pick Joanne up from school and then the group decided that they would be happy to look after Joanne for the night so me and stace were just going to have a night in rather than going out on a date. Soon enough though we were going to have to go back to our place because Staceys parents could be back any day. "Hey stacey." "Yes handsome." "When do your parents get back?' "Truth is kev. My dad died in a crash a couple of years ago and my mum is a journalist so she travels around the world. I live on my own so i have no idea when she will come back. All i know is that at the minute she is in Iran investigating the bomb sites and stuff." "Really." "Yeah she pays the mortgage and gives me the money for food and stuff so ye." "But what do you do about like clothes and stuff." "She gives me i think its like 20% of her weekly wage so like 100 pound a week. 30 of that for food and the rest for me because the mortgage comes out of her wage." "Cool." "Hey kev I've just had an amazing idea." "Oh no." "Hey it's a good one." "Go on then darling." "How about you and Joanne move in with me. We could sneak into yours tomorrow and get all your stuff and bring it here." "I'm sure Joanne would love that." "Hey what about you. Would you not love my company." "No i would adore it." She gave me a kiss and then went back to washing the dishes. "Oh shit stace come on we need to go and pick Joanne up." "Coming." We set off hand in hand down the street towards the school. When we got there there was a massive crowd in the playground. "Hmmm probably a fight on." "Probably kev probably." What i saw next was unexpected. It was Joanne laid flat out on the floor with my dad stood there laughing whilst the guys from the group were trying to get rid of him whilst the girls were tearing Joanne. "It's my dad stace." I sprinted down to the school and walked straight up to my dad. "Guys leave him he doesn't want you." "Your right there my boy. The only person i want is you." With that he lunged towards me but i moved out of his way and sent a punch straight to his head. "Aww look big brother to the rescue again. Trying to save poor little Joanne. Your mother died because of you two. You should be ashamed. Pain should be and is your best friend so get used to it boy." He spat out some blood and stared at Joanne.
Staceys PoV
Kevin was having a full on fight with his dad. "Oi kev come on." "Well who's this then Kev year boy you didn't tell me about no girlfriend of yours. Wonder she's like in-" "don't lay a finger on her you understand. You raped me and Joanne but your not getting her no way. Lay a finger on her and you'll have hell to pay." "Ooh look Kevins grown a pair of balls. Lat time i checked there weren't any." "Ye well maybe last time you were pissed up and too busy reminding me and Joanne that it was our fault and trying to get that," he pointed to his dads dick," in me and Joanne well you've got hell to pay." He pushed his dad out the gate and walked him up the street to his house. "Fuck you!" Echoed loudly down the street as well as a door slamming and then footsteps running back down the path. "Joanne." He scooped her up and told the rest of the gang to follow him.
New girls PoV
God that kevin kid was fit. Definitely my type and whoever stacey was she wasn't going to stop me from stealing him soon enough he would be all mine and his sister well i would soon enough get her out of the picture.
Kevins PoV
I took long strides on the walk back up to Staceys. "Kev when we get back you are getting a bath and going to bed you've had a stressed day." "No im looking after jo." "Well you can do that whilst taking care of yourself." I finally agreed with her. She is amazing at negotiating with people. My dad is such a pussy. Beating up an eleven year old in the middle of the school playground because we hadn't been home.

Pashas PoV
Woah kevin really did care for Joanne and stacey. He had been through hell and back but still cared about other people more than himself. He is an amazing person and should be proud of himself.
Kevins PoV
I laid Joanne on the sofa and went and got the med kit out of the kitchen. I practically knew how to do this stuff like saying my name because of how many timed i had had to use it. "Hey jo can u wake up for me sis?" A small moan escaped her mouth. "Come on jo wake up." This time she opened her eyes but she still didn't move. "Please sis come on." She slowly sat up and went very pale. "Grab me a bucket or something quick." I shouted it to anyone who would listen. Gio handed me a bucket and Joanne threw up inside it. Thankfully it wasn't all over the carpet. Giovanni moved his hand to take the bucket but she flinched and moved away. "Huh?" He looked sad. "Why did she move away." "She thinks you were going to hit her gio." "Hey hey Joanne I'm not going to hurt you i promise. Your like a little sister to us all now so we wouldn't let anyone hurt you. If the stupid history teacher had let us out earlier we would have been with you every step of the way and we would have walked you home if kevin and stacey weren't there." She smiled and gave him a hug. Giovanni was now practically beaming. "Everyone here would. Right guys?" "Yep." Echoed across the room. They really did see her as their little sister. Right come on misses were has he hurt you?" She pointed to her legs arms and side. I lifted up her shirt slightly and saw a massive slash across her rib. "Jo what did he hit you with." "A beer bottle." Put her a bandage on and just cleaned the cuts on her arms and legs as they weren't deep. "Jo you might have to move around everyone's house because dad seems focused on hunting you down. He just does it to get to me." "How about you choose whose you feel like stopping at because then your dad wont know which house your at as long as we keep changing it and not having set days for each person. So who do you want to stay with tonight?" "Giovanni and ashley." "Really?" Gio looked shocked and i smiled at him. "The lady has spoken gio. Hey jo go and get your clothes nd everything and then everyone will walk you there and then go ok?" "Ok." She went up to her room. "Gio look she might seem ok but she always wakes up at about ten past 12 and gets scared that our dad is there so just tell her who it is that's with her and preferably ashley because she's a girl could go in or she might want you to gio. She seems really close to you." "There you go again baby with the dad mode." "Well its not my fault. Ive grown up looking after her." Joanne then walked back downstairs and stood next to gio. "Be good Joanne and me and stace will pick you up from school tomorrow and then we can decide where your staying ok." "Yep." And with that the lot of them walked out the door and circled dianne. Giovanni was in the middle holding her hand and making her laugh. "She really does like you all you know. Especially you and gio." "Well I'm glad because I'm not letting you go anytime soon."
