" Not gonna be easy." Taylor said
"That's why we go to Ally." i said
''I wish there was another way.''taylor said
'' There's not.'' I said ( there at Taylor's house)
''But I wish there was. ''
'' But there's not. We're here.''
'' I wish we weren't'' tay said
'' But we are.'' I said again

* knock knock on door *
"Hi, sis." Taylor said

"Why am I looking at you? Speak." She said
"Ally , you're getting so big now. How old are you?" I asked
"I'm 60. Can we get past the small talk?" She said
"The only time you come to see me is when you need something." She said WHLie looking at us

"What? Maps , food ? Mike's Hard Lemonade? Another ride to the clinic?"
"Ally." Taylor started to speak
"No. We wanna go to that cheerleading camp you're going to." I said
"Since you're killing on the JV squad and so advanced beyond your years...
... we thought you'd get us up to speed." I said
"You guys have been through every girl at your school...... and you're looking for fresh muff. Some itchy-itchy-nah-nah. Wall-to-wall carpet." She said smirking
"Okay, seriously, how old are you?" I said
"Tell you what, I'll teach you some basic cheerleader moves.
High V's, low V's, touchdown, baskets." She said
"Don't the guys just throw the girls up and then catch them?" Taylor said
"Pretty much. But I'll let you practice on me and tell you what they're called." Ally said
"In exchange, I get Taylor's room." She said
"No." Taylor shouted
" Done." I said
"Those are my terms. Take them and get out." Ally said
"We'll take them" i said
" Dude, I've got my own bathroom." Taylor said
"Dude, after cheer camp, you won't even need your own bathroom."
"What? What does that even mean?" He said
"Ally , you got yourself a deal. Teach us, we go see Stella "
"Wrong, Gossip Girl."
"What" ? I asked

"Stella's not one of your little toy football groupies."

" she's right there " I whispered

"She's much too smart to buy that you guys really wanna be cheerleaders."

" Okay, so, what's the play?" Tay asked

" we'll she's at the mall we will do a stunt in front of her and she will want yours " ally said

" okay let's go "

Mall ***

"Here she comes, here she comes." I said
"Go, go. Get up there." Ally said

"Oh, rats.
We got our Frisbee stuck.
How are we gonna get it down?" Taylor said

"Now we may need to go to space shuttle. "
"That's what I'm thinking." I said

" Good idea. "Ready? I asked
" Okay." Taylor clapped

"One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, grab, drop, catch." We said together throwing ally up her grabbing it and catching her again

"Great job. " Isabella said

"Do they always get so excited like that?" Courtney asked looking amazed

"Oh, yeah! Haven't you ever seen them do their touchdown dances?
I mean, they flip all over the place. You'd think they were cheerleaders." Ally said
"You guys really like cheering?" Juna asked
"What? That? That wasn't cheering, just goofing around." Taylor said
" But you nailed a perfect backward sponge and go cradle." Stacy said

"No. We just threw my sister up in the air to get our Frisbee.
It was either that or we get three ladders." Taylor said

"Oh, come on, guys.
You love cheering. Don't run from it. This is a safe place." Ally said

"Yeah. I mean we kindo do. It's so much more athletic than football.
If it were up to us, we'd go with you ladies to cheer camp." I said

"Yeah, but we're football meatheads.
We gotta march in lockstep to what society expects from us
Don't tell anyone, okay? Totally ruin our rep." Taylor said

"Yeah, we'll catch you later. Have a good summer." I said
" We're gonna go watch a Bears' game on TV.
Go, Bears!" Taylor said

Stella's pov

"I'm supposed to believe that the biggest jocks in school...
... all along really wanted to be cheerleaders?" I said

"Don't get caught up in the lockstep of society's expectations.
They tossed Poppy like 20 feet in the air." Juna said

" Look, Stella , we don't have any muscle.
If you really wanna do better this year, they're our only hope." Isabella said

"Unless you guys wanna try steroids, which I'm totally open to." Stacy said

We all gave her the wtf !?!! Face

"I'm just saying. " she said
"I don't care. I don't trust those guys.
They're not coming. I'm the captain." I said

"Miss smith is the coach. Let's see what she thinks." Courtney said

School ****

Still Stella's pov

"Oh! What a fantastic idea!
It's exactly what this squad needs to just push it over the top." She said

"But Miss Klingerhoff, they have never done it before.
They don't know any of our cheers, and, come on, it's Matthew and Taylor . " I said

"Don't judge a book by its cover, Stella .
You never really know what a book is about until you get to page 50." She said

" aww miss smith thank you " Matt and Taylor said
"Come here My chickens."

" All right. One down, one to go." I said

"So what exactly are we gonna say to Coach Shit-For-Words to get out of football?" Matthew said
