Yoongi absolutely hated sitting around, waiting for something— anything.

He wasn't sure if he should text Jimin like he wanted, or if he should just keep cleaning his stupid house even if it's already clean and act like Jimin or mates didn't even exist.

Yoongi's house was paid off a long time ago by his parents. His dad works as a CEO, and Yoongi used to actually work for him. Now? He quit that job —and his dad didn't care, only cared that his son was happy— and now he just writes poems and songs to himself, sometimes trying to sell them if it's worth it.

  An easy life.

He doesn't like to think that he doesn't work for it— because trust him, he's a hard worker. Even if he gets ripped off all the time and lives off of ramen noodles in his fancy home.

  Hey, don't judge him.

Just because his dad was nice enough to offer him a home doesn't mean he lives the rich and fancy life you'd expect. He's only human.

Well he's sort of human. Whatever.

Anyways, he hadn't ate breakfast yet because he was too worried on thinking. Would Jimin wake up and forget everything from last night? Does he even remember their date?

  Friend date.

His worrying came to a halt when his phone buzzed on the table. He was currently eating an orange, trying to calm himself. But when he looked at his phone, he just about choked.

  It's Jimin- calling him.

Yoongi threw the orange on the table and wiped his hands on his pajamas before answering the phone before it stopped ringing and he'd lose his chance to answer.

"Hello?" He answered through his stuffed mouth, realizing how rude that sounded.

He heard a cute chuckle on the other end. "Sounds like you're eating something delicious." Jimin said teasingly.

  Yoongi finally swallowed his orange.

  "No, no, no." He answered.

"So," Jimin dragged out. Yoongi wasn't sure what to say, so he just repeated him. Jimin giggled. "Are we going for lunch?"

Yoongi blinked, confused and a little excited as he sat down at his dinner table. "I thought you were drunk and wouldn't remember.."

"I drink enough to be used to a few glasses of wine, hyung." Jimin chuckled. "And of course I remember our little friendship date."

Yoongi cringed at that. "If you weren't drunk then why did you let that guy touch you?" He suddenly asked, but regretted it.

Did he seriously just ask that?

"I felt bad for knocking his drink over." Yoongi could basically hear Jimin pouting through the phone. "He was just telling me that it was no big deal." He told Yoongi.

  Yoongi sighed.

"I shouldn't have asked that, anyways." He rested his head against the table and hit it lightly. "I'm sorry. It's not my business."

"No, it's okay." Jimin's voice sounded small. "Are we doing this or what?" He chuckled.

Yoongi raised back up and realized that he was barely even close to ready to be seen out in public. "Yeah," He blinked. "Yeah." He stood up and ran up the stairs to his room.

  "Yeah?" Jimin repeated.

"Yes, Yes I will pick you up at ten and we will go get lunch." Yoongi finally said.
