"WHAT?" I shout to Alice over the loud music.

"I said do you want anything to drink?" She shouts back.

"WHAT DID YOU SAY?"

"She said she do you want anything to drink?" Jake says loudly in my ear.

"Oh yeah! I could use some water." I shout.

"What?" Alice shouts back.

Jake laughs as he gathers everyone to go into the kitchen and away from the loud DJ.

"Wow my ears are ringing," I say with my hand over my ear as we enter the kitchen.

Dylan shrugs, "You get used to it."

"Hey hey hey there's my man!" A man shouts to Dylan.

"Yo-Yo Dameon! What up?" Dylan shouts as he turns to face Dameon.

"I'm good man. You?" Dameon says as they bro hug.

"Couldn't be better... unless I had a girlfriend but ya know..."

Dameon laughed and gave him the 'I can help you out with that' look.

"Hey, Jake! Long time no see!" Dameon says as he notices Jake, "Ahh The whole gang is here! How've you all been?"

"Great man! I'd like you to meet my girlfriend," Jake says swiftly as he wraps his arm around my shoulders and brings me into him.

Dameon's eyes widen with a 'ooo you got a girl' look

"Dameon. This is Nicole."

I smile, "Nice to meet you," I say politely.

"So you're the girl who finally pinned down Jake?" He smiles as he shakes my hand, "Man you must be whipped cause I'm gonna be honest I never thought it was gonna happen."

"Pfft... I'm not whipped," Jake tries to convince Dameon.

"Oh he is so whipped... as whipped as whipped cream," Dan laughs.

"Oh yeah, you're one to talk. You do anything Alice tells you do."

Dameon shoots his head over to look at Dan, "You got one too?"

Dan nods with a smile, "This is Alice."

"Hey nice to meet you," She says with a chirp and a wave.

"Nice to meet you too," he says with a wave back.

Dameon turns to face Asher, "And you buddy?"

Asher puts his hands up in defense, "Single and so not looking to mingle. My ex turned into a psychopath."

Dameon laughs not believing what just came out of Asher's mouth, "Wait... What?!"

"Yeah he dated my ex-best friend who turned into a crazy lady," I say in one breath

"Nicole won't say it but she turned into a raging b*tch," Jake laughs.

"True," I nod my head with a laugh.

"That's insane. Sorry, Ash," Dameon says sympathetically.

He shrugs, "At least we all are away from her now."

"Amen," Dan cheers.

"Well, hey, before I hit the dance floor, can I get you guys anything?" Dameon asks politely.

"Go have fun. I was just going to grab us some drinks," Dylan says as he starts grabbing some cups.

"Whatcha drinking tonight Jake? Vodka? Rum?" Dameon asks curiously.
