Chapter 20

-Sunday 2:48pm-

I woke up staring into a light. I sat up and saw my mom and brother looked at me shocked. My mom hugged me.

"Dova you finally woke up" she said crying.

"What do you mean" i asked.

" You don't remember do you... you were...i-in a-". My brother cut her off.

" You got hit by a car and got into a coma that lasted two weeks."

What? I've been in a coma? No this isnt real...it can't be.

" But i got shot and i died" i said nervously. Is that how i woke up... did that bullet to the heart make me wake up?

" Um can you guys please leave i need i moment to take this all in"

My mother nodded and left the room with my brother following her. I felt tears fall down my face.

All those moments i had with Luke...were just imagined? Everything that happened in the past two weeks were imagined...my face is wet with tears.

I need to see Luke... i need to see him. My mother came in.

"Hey Dova...someone came to see you". Eli came through the door.

" Dova your awake!" She almost shouted.

" Yeah i am...so Eli i need you to tell me something" I said seriously.

"Oh yeah anything what, is it?".

" Ok i need you to tell me about Luke".

She looked at me wierd.

" Um why your with Alex...you know your boyfriend". I looked at her very shocked.

"Alex...?" I pondered that name for awhile.

" You don't remember him? You guys have been going out for a year already" Eli said.

" Well... when i was in my coma me and Luke were going out and it was a really good feeling bieng with him...but i really don't remember any Alex..." i said.

Eli just stared at me.

" So you have no memory of Alex at all?". I shoke my head.

" No i don't". She pulled out her phone and showed me a picture.

" Look he's the one on the left". Alex was a taller than me by a few inches. He has blue eyes and black hair. He is wearing a blue shirt with jeans on. He looks handsome too.

"Well I'll text him to come here he needs to speak with you" she said walking out the door. Ugh this is so confusing.

I don't even know who Alex is and Eli says we've been going out for a year already...its just too much. I feel tears again...eh ill just sleep for know.

-4:03pm-

I woke up with a knock on the door. It was Alex.

" Hey Dova...how you doing?" He asked.

" I'm doing fine" I said sternly.

" So you do remember me right?" He asked.

" No i don't actually " I said. Alex made a frown.

" Well its ok the doctor says you'll will get your  memory back soon" he said.

"Also they said you can leave the hospital today ". He looked happy.

" Oh thats nice" i said."Well... I'll let you rest know see you tomorrow" he said.

He walked out the door. Well he seems nice... and a little perky. How did i even end up with him? Eh it doesn't matter much right now. I'll just sleep fot now.

-7:34pm-

I got in the car and put my seat belt on. My mom drove pretty fast... was she in a hurry? Well i shouldn't worry she always drives fast. Every building we past looked like the ones in my coma... i can't be thinking about that know.

We made it home after a couple of minutes. I walked inside the house and i went upstairs in my room. I layed down on my bed laid down. I stared up at the ceiling. I feel tears on my face. I can't believe this is actually happening. Why did this happen to me? Ugh I'll just deal with the pain...like i always do.

Well you guys unfortunately this is the end of mah book buuuuutt i will start a second one soon...anyways bai :D
