💔Y/N Backstory and a Blossomed Friendship💔

"Nice to meet you," Y/N said plastering a smile on her face

"So Y/N, how did you find this place?" Sabito asked

"Oh, I used to be in an orphanage, but usually bad things would happen there. Constant bullying from both the girls and the owner. I only had one friend there. She wasn't made fun of though. She was really pretty... I think that was the reason." Y/N ended up telling Sabito her whole story on why she ran away. "Then I couldn't handle the pain anymore and I left my Aiko was really upset... I could tell by her expressions. I didn't want to hurt her, but if I stayed any longer..."

Y/N became silent.

"It sounds like you had a rough time," Sabito says.

Sabito pulls Y/N into a quick hug because he saw the pain in her eyes when she told him everything.

"Your safe here now!" Sabito exclaims smiling. "You're going to become a demon slayer with Giyu and me!"

Y/N smiles at his enthusiasm.

"Yeah, I'll be safe with you guys." Y/N says

"I promise I'll protect you guys too."

Sabito releases Y/N from the hug as Giyu walks over to Sabito and Y/N and examines Y/N.

"I am Giyu Y/N," Giyu says sternly.

"Brighten up a bit Giyu, she just got here!" Sabito lectures Giyu for a minute or so about his bad mood.

"Nice to meet you Giyu!" Y/N says.

After they all get to know each other Y/N walks into her room and stares into the night sky. It's been almost a full day since Y/N ran away. She can't help but think about what is currently happening in the orphanage, her nightmares, her childhood.

Then Y/N thinks about Aiko, she is probably getting questioned by the owners. Y/N doesn't want Aiko to get hurt, but she doesn't want Aiko to sell her out either. Y/N looks down at her bracelet before she was in the orphanage she had two of the same kind. Then when Aiko came into Y/N life, Y/N gave the other bracelet to Aiko. It was a sign of their friendship, a sign that no matter what, they will always be together.

Y/N sits down on her futon stares at the wall in front of her. Y/N starts thinking about her life now past the orphanage. She will become a demon slayer, or at least try to.

Y/N started to remember when Aiko told her about why she was in an orphanage, her parents were murdered by a man-eating monster when she was at a sleepover one night, and from what Urokodaki told Y/N that monster was a demon.

Sabito said Y/N was gonna be safe, but she doesn't know if that is possible or not in the demon slayer business. But then she remembered what sabito said about him going to protect her. Y/N starts blushing a but at his words.

"Ha. what a dummy, he is going to get himself killed one day," Y/N says to herself before heading to sleep.

Before Y/N knew, it was time to wake and have breakfast. She quickly got dressed and ran into the main rooms.

"Morning Y/N!" Sabito said happily.

"Morning Sabito!" Y/N happily replied.

For breakfast they just had eggs. And some sort of oatmeal. It was quite good in Y/N's opinion, it was better than the food at the orphanage.

"Hey Y/N wanna train for fun today?" Sabito asks.

"Don't we start tomorrow?" Y/N replied.

"Please Y/N, we will just be running around in the firsts. It's sunny out so there will be no demons."

Y/N sighs. "Fine, but if we get lost, it's your fault."

Sabito quickly grabs Y/N's hand and runs into the forest.

"H-hey Sabito!! Where are you dragging me?!" Y/N shouted.

"Someplace amazing. I just used 'training' to show you this place," Sabito responded.

"Fine. This BETTER be worth our time." Y/N huffs.

Sooner or later Sabito stops, they seem to be in the middle of nowhere.

"Where are we Sabito?" Y/N asks.

Sabito walks inside some short cave area and leads Y/N to this waterfall. It wasn't the biggest one, but it was enough to put Y/N in awe. Sabito starts smiling at Y/N as she looks at it.

"You've been looking sad since I met you, I know I can't do much to help, but I at least wanted to put a real smile on your face," Sabito says as he turns his head to the waterfall.

"Thank you Sabito, though we hardly know each other, you're really kind." Y/N says in return.

Sabito starts blushing a bit then shows a confident smile. "That's my job. To make both you and Giyu safe and happy."

"Don't focus on us too much Sabito, also protect yourself because I know one day you'll be an amazing demon slayer."

Y/N and Sabito both look at each other.

"Sabito, I believe you will make a perfect demon slayer"

"I know you will be perfect to Y/N"

For the past few hours, Y/N and Sabito played and had fun. When they went home, they had dinner and they became even closer. By the end of the day, they can officially say they were best friends.
