Hits me like a bus

Summers P.O.V

I walked downstairs and had a pounding head ache, I must have had my ear-buds up too loud last night. I went to the living room and didn't see Paul, I looked everywhere and I couldn't find him.

Then I heard yelling outside on my front lawn,

"You aren't good for her! She needs someone better, like me!!" Paul screamed

"Fuck you, you're a cocky prick!"

I ran out as I saw Liam go to punch Liam, it was too late he had punched him as Paul went to punch back I got in the middle and Paul punched me.

I stumbled back and Liam pushed him and grabbed me.

"Holy shit! Summer! Are you okay? I am sorry I should have pushed you so he wouldn't have punched you." Liam says quickly.

"No, no Liam it's, um alright I shouldn't have jumped in the middle I am stupid... I was actually going to come talk to you today..." I respond

Pauls head turns sharply still holding his jaw "What?! What the hell!? I thought we were getting back together?!!"

I look at him with humor filled eyes "Yeah cause I would date you when you arew trying to tell me who to date and who not to! Fuck you Paul, you can leave and go stay at your brothers or something." As I say this he looks at me with sad eyes, he realizes I am not coming back.

"Okay... I will pack now, sorry, for everything um I didn't mean to."

"The thing is Paul you never mean to, you always say that and this time it isn't forgivable."

I then realized from the first moment we saw each other, he said he had been here... MY DAD! HE SET IT UP SO I WOULD THINK ABOUT LEAVING LIAM! OMG!

"Liam, I realized my dad set this up so I would reconsider being with you but it failed cause Paul didn't change... " I look at him

"It's okay, I should be on my knees begging for you, I shouldn't have slept with that girl."

Then it hits me like a bus, he really did sleep with her..
