Queensland was hot. Amelia shouldn't have been surprised by that when she hopped off the plane and got a blast of hot, humid air, yet she found herself immediately being surpised at the humidness as she started walking from the plane to the airport. Natalia seemed used to it for she was born in QLD and came there every year. Amelia felt dumb after she took off her hoodie and while doing it tripped over her suitcase and tumbled onto the marble floor of the cool airport. Natalia on the other hand, found it highly amusing, evident by the fact that she had collapsed onto her suitcase during her silent laughing fit. Amelia would have hit Natalia if there weren't people around to judge her violent ways. But luckily for Natalia, Amelia spared her for yet another day. An act of kindness only Amelia could really appreciate. Amelia got up, grabbed the handle of her black and white suitcase, that had been smothered in stickers over the last few months that she had been traveing with Natalia, and started walking again. Natalia eventually stopped laughing and caught up with Amelia, and they walked side by side in the direction of the exit. Amelia saw a mcdonalds and her stomach rumbled."i'm hungry Natalia" Amelia said and Natalia glanced at her. "You ate on the plane." Natalia said and Amelia let out a loud sigh. "That was AGES ago though." Amelia said. "It was ten minutes ago." . "Buy me food." Amelia said in a sharp tone. "Fine." Natalia grumbled and they found a seat at Mcdonalds. "what do you want?" Natalia asked. "What do you think?" Amelia mumbled while checking her messages. Natalia walked up to the counter and waited in the cue then ordered a frozen coke for Amelia and a coffee for herself. She then came back to the table and put her purse in her bag. Natalia then put her bag over her left shoulder and said "I'm gonna go buy a book if they have Spiderwick Chronicles in one of the stores." Amelia didn't wanna open her mouth so instead she made a noise to acknowlege what Natalia had said.
