Ayato Ayashi was born on the 18th of March, making him an Aries. Birthed as a result of a need for someone to carry on his parents' legacy. Named Ayato; meaning Vermilion Forest, in hopes to grow up to be a boy who would stay in their little village forever. Grew up with black hair and brown eyes. He lived a "normal" life bred by "normal" parents in a small rural town in Japan. Harbors a Fantasy Prone Personality¹, closely correlated with "absorption²". Owns and lives in his very own paracosm³. Unaware that he is mentally ill.

His parents, Endel Arsenic and Aiko Ayashi were on good terms with one another, but got into fights occasionally, like a normal couple. They never let their son outside of the house in fear that he would face dangers of the outside world, despite the fact that they were both retired explorers. Ayato spent his days inside his home, looking longingly outside the windows, dreaming of another world. Occasionally he would leave home to sit on the backyard tree, picking off leaves from the branch and comparing it with the images in his parents' survival book.

Books were his life, they contained so much knowledge of the world outside of home. He would spend every waking minute reading them- or attempting to read them at least. Within these books the ones he found the most interesting were about the language of flowers and several fantasy books. This went on from the age of four to nine. Then he brewed up a plan.

He escaped his household at the age of ten and set out to explore beyond his village, bringing nothing with him but a striped yellow scarf his mother stitched and pastel-colored badges. After roaming the streets for several years and visiting several cities, building connections and selling the things he forged along the way, he found a fellow adventurer of some sort, Rantaro Amami. Rantaro suggested that he settle down at a city before continuing his adventure to pursue a further education. Ayato agreed and had a long chat with Rantaro, building a strong connection. To fulfill his fantasy of becoming a hero he altered his appearance by dying his hair red and purchasing green eye contacts at that city.

Like the Ultimate Adventurer advised him to, he enrolled at a high prestige school with his recommendation, Hope's Peak Academy as the Ultimate Roamer. There he met the Ultimate Fashion Designer, Shio Haruka. Who turned out to be his future girlfriend. Before enrolling in the academy, he never attended school. He was only taught basic language skills from his parents.

At the mandatory physical exam, he weighed in at 99lbs/45kg, and measured to be 5'0"/155cm. His blood was found to be type: AB, and deemed to be extraordinarily healthy. When asked if have taken medication, he replied with, "Flintstone Vitamin Chewables." They laughed. Then he was tested for a variety of allergies, he got a harsh rash when exposed to pine tree extract. He was free to go soon after.

The examiners told him to take a bath.
