~Before and The Reason why Steph's G'ma left~

~Niall's POV~

Walking in straight, panicking. Without caring to knock only expecting the worse that could happen to her or could be happening to her.

I rushed in looking at the living room spotting it empty. Which only caused my assumptions to become close into being true.

Trying the kitchen just incase she was in there, pleading that she was. I spotted a figure but my heart dropped when it wasn't who I was looking for. Startled she looked at me and slowly a smile etched on her face.

"GoodMorning Dear." She spoke still smiling but once she saw my worried face, it changed into an alarmed one.

"What's wrong, Dear?" She asked worried lacing through her voice and features.

"Please tell me THEY didn't take her" my words came stumbling out my mouth before I could even process them correctly. My pleading eyes boring into hers wanting some kind of answer that would make everything alright.

"Niall, Dear. What do you mean they took her?" I squeezed my eyes shut. I had to tell her in order for her to say something, if she knew anything.

But if I did then. She'd be in danger and I couldn't take it if Stephanie's grandmother got hurt because of me. Taking deep breaths I opened my eyes and looked at her.

Contemplating my answer but once again my mouth was moving before my mind could process it.

"Someone is threatening me and they said if I didn't follow their orders they'd take her away from me and hurt her." I said breaking down.

That whole sentence made me realize just how all this was actually happening that they could take her anytime they'd wanted and I not being by her side to save her.

Hearing her gasp, she came up to me and embraced me in a hug. After a couple of minutes had passed she pulled away and looked at me with sad eyes.

"My lovely, Stephanie" she whispered not once her eyes leaving mine. With a mere nod, she sighed no other words had to be said, to know it was her.

"Oh, Niall, sweetheart." She whispered embracing me once again in her arms.

"She's with the girls right now they decided to go to the mall." Once she said those words some weight lifted off of my shoulder but not entirely because they were still out there in the open.

"Don't worry dear, I'll call them right now, and tell them to come back. I'll be back." she said about to leave the kitchen but I stopped her before she could leave.

"Nan, please. Don't tell her what I told you." I asked her with pleading eyes. She can't know.

"Alright, dear but I want you to trust me and tell me what's going on."

"Okay." I told her. With that she left the room to get ahold of the girls.

Running my fingers through my frizzy hair. Sighing, I had to do something about Steph's grandma.

She's at risk now that I've told her. All I could think of was what I could do to prevent from something happening to her.

Walking back in she took a seat in front of me. She sat silent, not one word uttered. She was waiting patiently for me to begin talking and so I did. I told her what was happening.

She looked at me with sad I eyes, once I finished telling her.

"Oh my. And you haven't told the police?"

"I can't. That was their number one threat. That if I had any contact with the police they would kill all of the people I love." I said tears streaming down my eyes.

"Oh hun. Don't worry they won't harm them in any way. They won't."

"Now your in danger because of me Nan." My body shook, tears tumbling down.

"Don't worry about me hun, I'll be safe."

"But you won't if your here Nan. They'll find you and oh lord don't let what I say happen but what if you get hurt I wouldn't be able to live."

"Niall. Listen to me. I'll be okay because I'll be far away for them they won't be able to find me. So nothing can happen to me. All you'll have to do is make sure nothing happens to her. Please keep her safe."

"Grandma! We're back!" I heard her voice say. I looked at Nan and nodded my head.

"I promise. I'll keep her safe with all my heart. If that means putting myself I'm danger I'll do it."

"I know you will hun. Now go on." She said nodding her head towards the door. Standing up, I hugged her tightly.

"Another thing. I'll be gone so nothing goes wrong. But Steph will think I'm going to visit someone but in reality I'll be staying there till you call me and let me know what's going on, alright?"

"Okay. Thank you so much"

"We'll all be okay. Those people will pay for what there doing."

Nodding, I stepped away from her, wiped my eyes from the remaining tears and went inside the living room. I spotted her with the girls laughing. I made my way to her and wrapped her in my arms. Sighing in content having her in my arms. These people will pay what their making me go through. I will find out who they are.

A/N: I'M SORRY. 😔 I know this might not be good as I promised you guys but I was worried about my speech. But I'm done with it and I did good. 🙈 ANYWAYS.. I'm sure you've all heard the boys new album Four. I love all the songs but I'd have to have my top five they would be in this order 1.)Night Changes 2.)Fool's Gold 3.)Spaces 4.)Once In A Lifetime 5.)18 BUT I love all of them! Again I'm sorry this might not be a good chapter, sorry.
