Doctor Helmont ran away as fast as he can and manage to get his Stun Gun, using it to defend himself.

Chief Jovan chased him over, attacking him with rays of guns and swords. Also crowding Doctor Helmont with a lot of the Security.

Chief Jovan: You are under arrest!
Doctor Helmont: For what?! I just brought back what once was my creation!
Chief Jovan: It doesn't really matter!

After a long while, Chief Jovan manages to break the Stun Gun of Doctor Helmont, rendering him useless.

Chief Jovan: Not so strong without your gadgets, Ha! Doc?
Doctor Helmont: Someday you'll learn your lessons!
Chief Jovan: Shut up! Take him down, Now!
Sergeant: Yes, Sir!
