Shortly after arriving at the Spellman household I was introduced to the young witches and warlocks of the academy. Till I finally met the witch I was most looking forward to meeting Sabrina Spellman. We had a quick introduction before she darted off to the mines, or rather to Hell's gates. Where according to her Aunt Hilda she was trying to find a way to get into hell to save her boyfriend Nick Scratch, who had willingly sacrificed himself to be the Dark Lord's human prison. Apparently she had been going down there for weeks but she wasn't able to get inside. But what she didn't realize is that help had already arrived in Greendale.
I waited for Sabrina after school and once I saw her, I ran to catch up to her. "Sabrina, hey what a moment.", I said as I finally caught up with her. Only for her to say, "Oh hey you're the knew witch right? The one that arrived this morning from France, look I would love to show you around but I need to get back to the mines." "To try and rescue your boyfriend right?", I asked to which she just nodded her head. "Well what if I told you I knew a way for you to get into Hell without going through its gates." At that Sabrina stopped walking and turned around to fully face me. "I'm listening.", she said giving me her full attention. "I assume you know Dorian Gray and have visited the club he owns Dorian's Gray Room am I right?", she nodded her head again at that. "Well I'm sure you know that he has many portrait of many different people, places, and things. Well all of those pictures aren't actually pictures some of them are gateways if you will to other worlds; one for example being the shores of sorrow in Hell." "Wait. Really Dorian as a portal to Hell inside his club? Why didn't I think of that of course, he put one of the witch hunters inside of one." That last part I don't believe she meant for me to hear, so i acted as though I didn't even though I would be lying if I said that statement didn't peak my interest. "Okay here's what we're going to do, you and I are going to go to Dorian's and see if he does have this said portal and if he does we'll gather up my friends that way we can go and get my boyfriend back. Well I mean that is of course if you want to come and help." She said the last part a bit sheepishly but I just chuckled and said, "I don't have anything else planned and that's part of the reason why I'm here to help my fellow witches. But I will warn you Dorian doesn't do anything for free so don't be surprised if he ask for something in return." With a smile on her face Sabrina took my head as we made our way to Dorian's Gray Room.
1 Hour Later
Once we had finished with Dorian, Sabrina and I went to gather her mortal friends; Harvey, Roz, and Theo, whom all apparently knew that she was a witch. And brought them back to the Spellman household so we could prepare for going to Hell. And after wiping ourselves down with ghastly water and putting on dead peoples shoes, we were ready to leave for Dorian's. Upon arrive to Dorian's , the man, if you could still technically call him that lead us back to his portraits while giving us warnings about the dangers of Hell and how we would only be able to make it back if we got him, his special flower and saying the spell together. As we stood in front of the portrait Sabrina looked back at all her friends and I as she started to say the incantation to open the portal I step forward grabbing her hand saying, "The spell will be more potent if we say it together." So holding each others hand we said in unison, "Through me, pass into the unholy kingdom. Through me, pass into the city of fear. I am the gate for the lost and forsaken. Abandon all hope, ye who enter here."
Hell
The Shores of Sorrow
After we all step through the portal we landed on a beach coughing up sand and salt water. Looking around Harvey spoke first asking, "Wait. So, Hell is a beach?" Standing up I said, "No this is just on of the many layers of Dante inferno, these are Shores of Sorrow." Theo was the next one on his feet as he pointed towards cages full of people on the water line asking what everyone else was thinking, which was what those things were. "They're the souls of the damned.", spoke a new deep voice. All of us were on our feet at this point so we turned in the direction from whence the voice came, and came face to face with a tall blonde young man wear burgundy leather pants and an open loose white top, who happened to be standing next to a very large and beautiful sandcastle. "They drown as the tide rolls in, over and over for all eternity." Sabrina was the first person to responded to him asking him if he knew where Lilith was. "She's in Pandemonium, if you happen to know the way." The stranger raised his right arm pointing in the direction I guess we would have to follow as he said, "All blood follows to Pandemonium. Follow the blood-red road where it flows, and there you'll find the throne to Hell." After he finished speaking I noticed how much he was eyeing up Sabrina, which she didn't seem to notice or was just choosing to ignore as she spoke again. "Thanks. And you are?", she asked with a arch of her brow. To which the stranger just brushed his hair out of his face as I saw him debate with himself if he should give her his name or not. He decided on the latter as he said, "Never step off the road. It's clever you're wearing dead men's shoes, though any demon worth his salt can smell mortal flesh a mile away." That caused Sabrina and her friends to take pause but after a moment they were all following Sabrina's lead. I on the other hand lingered for a moment watching the stranger as he continued to work on his sandcastle. I couldn't quiet put my finger on it but something about him was very familiar to me. "You should catch up to your friends, its not safe in Hell if you're wandering the paths alone.", spoke the stranger. "I believe it might me safer for me, then it would be for you. After all at least I'm armed in more ways than one. Plus if it isn't safe then why are you out here building sandcastle instead of watching for demons that might have you for lunch?" He released a small chuckle at that and said, "Well as you said I'm also armed in more ways than one myself and I don't think the demons on this level would light how I tasted very much. And even though I do believe you could handle yourself if trouble does arise that doesn't mean your mortal friends can, so I would catch up to them before they get into trouble." Looking towards the path I saw that Sabrina and the others had moved along quiet far and that I needed to catch up, but before I left this stranger behind I said, "That's a beautiful sandcastle by the way. Whatever person or demon of Hell you might be I can give you credit for making such a beautiful creation." With that being said I jogged along the path to catch up to the others and as I caught up to them I looked back and saw that the blonde stranger was gone.
