"George! George! George wake up!." His friend, Brian yelled unto him. But George, on the other hand, didn't even bother to look at him nor give him any attention.
George was lost with his own eyes while staring at the public's restroom mirror. His thoughts were lost, his mind was empty. It was as if he was looking through someone that he never knew before or someone that he should know or rather somebody that he used to know.
Brian had enough, he punched George right into his left cheek. His punch wasn't that hard, but enough to knock off his friend's daydream.
Without explaining why he punched George, he quickly headed to the exit door with his all-black outfit on. Before leaving, he wore his own face mask and said; "Get your damn butt to work. Go get dressed already, we're going to rob a bank."
He left. Leaving George behind. George was surprised after being lost to his own eyes.
George stands up from the floor and washed his face as many times as he could count to wake himself up. When he is done washing his face, he looked up to the mirror that's in front of him.
"What have I done with myself?." He asked himself while looking at the mirror.
"You fool." His reflection said. Slowly, his reflection in the mirror changed. His face was clear, his clothes became luxurious, the place on his back became a bathroom with luxurious things.
George on the other hand, looked at himself. His clothes was still the same, rubbish and old. He looked at his surroundings, but it's still the same public restroom.
"W-w-who are y-yo-u?." Dumbfounded, George was stuttering but still able to finish his question.
His reflection smiled at him and said;
"A man that you could've been. A better man if you didn't choose to be in vain, in other words, I'm a man in the mirror."
