The loud music is blasting through the speakers at an unbearable level. It is already 1 AM and Taehyung can smell the sweat and cheap perfume roaming through the small frathouse. His shoes stick to the ground from all the spilled beer and wine. He immediately loses Namjoon who tries to find his regular supplier to replace the smoked weed from the hours before. 'I am going to get us something to drink,' screams Yoongi to somehow make himself clear over all the noise.

Taehyung already regrets his decision to come tonight. It is a fucking Monday, who throws a party on a Monday. As he slowly moves across the living room area, which is now turned into a strip club, he sees the group of girls that Namjoon and Yoongi were talking about earlier.

Taehyung is quite good looking and he is aware of that himself. Around the school, he is primarily known for his looks. He doesn't have that much time to get to know others, so others don't get to know him either. Yoongi slowly manoeuvres between the dancing college students to get to the younger boy. 'Here, drink this, and here is immediately another one. When you are done with these drinks go and enjoy yourself, get to know some of the other business students, dance,' Yoongi screams into his ear.

'How do you expect me to talk to one of these people when I can barely hear you?' Taehyung screams back. Yoongi rolls his eyes and answers: 'Just try, Tae, you can't always stick with your roommate and high school friend, you know? You need to get to know other people, do some networking. I can introduce you to some of my other friends if you want?'

'They are probably outside because I haven't seen them yet. Let's go.' They tried to move between the dancing people again while at the same time balancing their two cups of cheap beer. He moves passed the girl group and makes eye contact with Nayeon. He gives her a wink, which in return earns him a small laugh. Yoongi grabs the brown-haired boy's hands and drags him off towards the porch door.

Once outside, Taehyung sits down on an empty beer crate next to Yoongi. Namjoon is also outside sitting across from him. Yoongi slowly started to list the names of the people in the circle. 'This is Minjun, Siwoo, Juwon, Hoseok they are in the art major together with me and..,' Yoongi slowly looked over to the blonde boy sitting next to Taehyung with a dazed look, like he tried to find the name somewhere in his brains, but wasn't able to. The boy felt pity towards him and answered himself. 'I am Jimin, a friend of Hoseok. We met at his place once,' Jimin knowingly smiled when he saw Yoongi's face change from confused to realization. Hoseok quickly butted in, 'Okay, let's stop the conversation there and let's not recall the events of that night.' Yoongi and Jimin stared and each other and three seconds later burst out laughing at the poor boy. 'Hyung, you can't just say that and not let us tell the story towards the others.' Jimin pleaded.

Taehyung looked over the smaller boy next to him. His expensive-looking clothing immediately sticking out. His Chanel necklace and Givenchy shirt gave Taehyung a reason to judge him. It is not the first time he met people like him, dressed fancily in a shirt worth more than a semester's tuition. It just screamed 'look at me I am rich, I am better than all of you, I will take over my father's business later, I do not give a shit about you, peasants.' So, Taehyung was sure, he did not want to get to know the blonde boy.

'So a few month's ago we were at Hoseok-Hyung's dorm with about ten people and everyone had drunk so much. This was in the middle of the night on a Wednesday, so the whole dormitory was sleeping of course. We heard a weird noise coming from outside and it was like an animal in the tree next to the window. So, it kept making that noise for another few minutes and we barely heard it, but it was driving Hyung mad. Suddenly he stormed out the room without saying anything and we followed him because we wanted to know what was happening. When we found him...,' Jimin made a dramatic pause and moved on.

'He was halfway up the tree screaming at the animal, who was clearly already gone and when I say screaming, I mean screaming half the campus awake. So security came, but Hyung knew he would get in trouble for it, so he would not get out of the tree,' Jimin spoke while everyone in the group was laughing, Taehyung included. 'When the security asked me and my friend if we knew him we just said no, that we came out because of the commotion. And best of all: Hoseok stayed in the tree for four hours, until we finally lured the security away with a bullshit story.' Hoseok looked down ashamedly. 'I must say, that was not my finest hour.'

Taehyung smiled at the embarrassed boy and searched in his jacket for his cigarettes. When he opened up the pack there were only three remaining. He needed to get new once, fast. 'Can I get one?' Taehyung looked to his side at the rich boy. 'Can't buy your own?' Jimin rolled his eyes. 'Forgot to bring them, actually. Why? Too greedy to share?' Jimin shot back. Taehyung pulls back just one corner of his mouth while the rest of his face remains more-or-less still. 'Fine.' Taehyung pulled out his second-to-last stick, gave it to the boy and held the lighter in front of his face. Taehyung grabbed his phone to remain unbothered, and maybe just scare him away with his disinterest.

However, the strange boy could either not read signals or just didn't care enough about Taehyung's attitude because he still remained interested in talking to the younger boy. 'Are you new or have I just never seen you around?'

'I'm not new, I got here at the beginning of the year.' Taehyung answered curtly, still not bothered enough. 'You know, I'm actually trying to be nice and you don't have to be so disinterested, I don't see other people lining up to talk to you,' Jimin shot at the younger boy. Taehyung's eyes widened and his mouth was slightly agape. He did not expect a reaction like that from the blonde boy. He quickly altered his posture back to his indifference state and looked Jimin in the eye. 'I just don't like your type of people,' Taehyung stated. 'What do you mean 'Your type of people?'' Jimin said indignantly. Taehyung got a bit uneasy of the stare he was receiving from the older boy.

'You know, the rich 'I don't give a fuck about anyone else' type of people.' Taehyung answered back. 'Well maybe if you didn't put a stereotype on my back and actually talked to me without your prejudging, then you actually saw that I'm a nice person. And if you need proof, I am literally the only one who came to talk to you, and is still talking to you after what you just said.' Jimin took another drag from his cigarette and stared further into the yard.

Taehyung for the first time in months didn't have a comeback to another person. When he really started to think about it, the elder boy was right. He did generalize the boy for his appearance. And he was also right about being the only person, whom he did not know, to talk to him.

'You are actually right,' Taehyung murmured under his lips. 'What did you say?' The elder asked already fully knowing what he said, but enjoying the struggle that came from the other boy. 'I said you are right, and I didn't mean to hurt your feelings.' Jimin showed him a kind smile and nudged Taehyung on the shoulders.  'See you can be nice.'

The silence overtook both boys and after a few minutes, Jimin had enough. 'Okay, I am done here, are you coming?' Jimin said after standing up from the crate. 'To do what?'

'To dance, of course.'
