The Pirate and the runway princess

Midwife

I went to visit with Belle at Mr. Golds shop and when I walked in I noticed the same woman from the diner. Something about her I just couldn't shake but still who was I to judge when it came to things like this. Still I knew that things were different in storybrooke as I cleared my throat a bit which got their attention.

"Amira, you're here." Belle said
"Hey, we didn't really get a chance to talk." I said then looked over at the woman "I'm sorry, we met at the diner with my sister. I never got your name." 
"Zelena." She said
"Ah Zelena, nice to meet you." I said 

I was looking for something when I felt magic being used and I turned around to see Zelena behind the counter with something in her hand. I went to raise my hand but before I could she vanished into green smoke. I was livid that the wicked witch was right infront of me and I couldn't stop her. Belle turned around seeing she was gone and I was angry.

"Amira, what's wrong?" Belle asked
"Nothing, I'm seeing things I think." I said can't out her without proof as Emma would say. 

My phone went off and I looked over it seeing Snow wanted me there when the midwife was going to show up. I knew to keep my guard up now with Zelena knowing that she was up to no good. Somehow this had to do with Snow and I wasn't sure how yet so I headed there. I texted Killian that I was going to snows to meet up soon. Still when I walked in before David arrived I saw Snow telling her story to the midwife Zelena. 

"Ami, you're just in time." Snow said
"Telling the story of how you and charming met. I love your story, it's unique." I said 
"And what of you? You have a son from what I've heard so how did you meet your husband?" Zelena asked
"Uh, fiancee we're not married and I fell in love with a pirate." I said
"A pirate?" Zelena said
"Not just any pirate, Captain Hook." Snow said
"Killian, snow." I said just as david came in 
"Anyway speak of the devil here is the handsome man." Snow said
"Mr. Nolan, it's so lovely to meet you." Zelena said as she shook hands with David

I took a seat not at the table as I wasn't really apart of it but I was still apart of my sisters life. David seemed eager as he sighed "okay, so...I'm here." David said as he took a seat next to snow lightly smacking the table. I relaxed knowing it wasn't like I needed to intervene yet there was no threat except well what I knew. "Shall we, uh, get this started?" David said as he seemed a bit more calm with my presence there as Zelena nod "Oh. It sounds like you mean "Shall we get this finished?" Snow said
David seemed more on board for this and Snow smiled "before we begin I'll get us a cup of tea. Ami, want some?" Snow asked me and I shook my head. I was not taking any chances with this woman but I also wasn't thirsty.

"No, No, No. Let me make you some tea. After all, that's what I'm here for--to make your life as easy as possible." Zelena said as she started heading to the kitchen. I merely watched her as she walked knowing there was much more to this than she let on but I was calm and watching snow. The meeting went on like any normal meeting so after Zelena left I stretched a bit. I was working this case with Emma now I just had to figure my own way. "Ami, thanks for being here." Snow said and I nod as I left soon after but seeing  as I didn't trust the midwife I used my magic to put a protection spell within the walls as I left. 

Meeting with Killian we could just relax and find a spot to be ourselves, the boys were signed up for school so it gave me time to just be with him. He seemed to know something wasn't okay cause he stopped me.  He had me look at him  the way he used to when we were on the ship when we lived on the sea. 

"Luv, what's wrong?" Killian asked
"My sisters new Midwife, I don't trust her." I said 
"Well you did always have good instincts.  Even if they get you in trouble." Killian said 

Emma called saying she needed some backup and I asked Killian to go that I needed time alone. He considered my request knowing it'd be time with my niece his soon to be niece by marriage but he said he'd take care of it. I knew that there was so much going on, still when I was on my own I walked a bit. I went back to the apartment where I saw a familiar newspaper and something circled on it.

if we decide to stay in storybrooke this can work. I thought

I heard the door open and when I looked it was Killian who looked very unhappy about something. I walked over to him placing my hands on the side of his face for him to look at me. The anger coming off of him was apart of his aura and man did I feel it. I hated to think something like this was  making him this upset.

"What happened?" I asked
"The crocodile, he's alive." Killian said
