The next few days were a blur, Leon didn't really have a bad day at school. The past few days, she had actually made more friends, then actually being girls this time. She met her new friend Somyi, who was a really nice girl but she was very shy. Leon had to introduce herself first and get the girl to speak to her which she didn't mind, Somyi wasn't perfect with English but she was still able to talk to Leon. Leon even took up that Korean language class and now her new friend helps her study.
Although she does still sit with the boys, Somyi had ended up introducing her to her own friends who Somyi immediately took a liking to. There was, moonbyul and sanha. Both of them were very kind when meeting them and it was like they all immediately connected once they all realized they were all funny together. Usually when around each other, they'd make jokes and ended up having theirjj no own inside jokes. In the friend group, moonbyul was able to communicate the best with her as she studied in America for a while before coming back to Korea, this was good because before they met, moonbyul had been teaching sanha who was now almost as good as her. Leon liked that they could all speak with each other, sometimes Somyi would be confused with certain American slang but they would soon explain to her what something meant. Each of them had one class with Leon and one all together, which they didn't mind. But sadly they didn't have lunch together which was saddening.
Leon had asked if they knew who the boys were but they only seemed to know who Jungkook was. She guess that it wasn't surprising considering that Jungkook was quite popular within the school since he was a good athlete and a straight A student. Most students liked him for his charming smile and happy personality and Leon understood that, he was truly a sweet boy. Speaking of him, jungkook had caught her after class, Leon walked with moonbyul who raised her eyebrows at the approaching male.
"Hey Leon." Jungkook brightly smiled to where it reached his eyes, bunny teeth on show.
"Hi kookie." She greeted back, Leon didn't miss the blush reaching his cheeks. She waited for him to speak up as she walked beside her with his hand behind his head as he nervously scratched his scalp.
"Uh, I was wondering if....if you wanted to go out sometime? Maybe?" His eyes looked down at her as he bit his bottom lip, hoping that she wouldn't reject him. Moonbyul just stands back and smirks at the nervous boy. Leon blinks up at him with her books in her hands, sitting against her chest loosely.
From the silence, Jungkook quickly breaks it.
"You can say no, I'm not for-
Leon stops him as she placed a hand on his chest, not really expecting it to be so toned, before smiling up at him.
