Damian pov
'She . . . saved my life . . .' I thought. As I saw the half burnt corpse of Chara lay in front of me.
"Chara i'm so sorry!" Jaime yelled as everyone ran over to her. Raven held her in her lap and chanted, "By the powers of Azarath, I beseech you. Azarath Metrion Zinthos!" Chara's face was healed slowly as she opened her eyes and groaned. Her eyes burned a bright crimson as they went back to that lifeless color. 'Hm . . . that look in her eyes . . . it was beautiful. Wait a minute! I don't have time for this.' I covered my face with one hand to hide the blush.
Raven then fell on to starfire. "We need to get her to a room." Starfire demanded. Beastboy turned into a gorilla and carried raven away. Chara slowly got up slowly.
"W-what happened to raven?" She asked.
"Raven healed you and now we have to tend to her . . ." Starfire said then walked away.
Chara nodded and turned to me. . .
"Sorry if I caused you any trouble . . . cya around." She started to walk away. I grabbed her wrist. She stopped but didn't look at me.
"I-uh." I couldn't find the words so I let go of her wrist. She was cute. And those eyes. I could not stop looking at them. As I was lost in my thoughts.
'Do I like her? No! I can't. I am strong . . .'
