hyunjin had memory loss and minho was celebrating in his own mind. "this is terrible," minho told jisung with a troubled sigh. "he can't even remember us," he spoke in the most sad tone he could muster. really, he was glad that hyunjin didn't remember jisung. no more competition.
jisung nodded some, taking his boyfriend's hand as they left the hospital. "it's awful," he sighed with a pout on his lips. he'd miss having a friend to talk to, but at least he still had minho. maybe that's all he really needed after all.
something still felt off... jisung just couldn't put his finger on it since he didn't want to believe minho hurt hyunjin. he kept a sigh from leaving him, not wanting to alert minho in anyway. he was becoming scared of his boyfriend.
"yeah, it's very unfortunate," minho agreed with a nod, not much concern in his voice anymore. he was reverting back to his own emotionless self in the situation because he really couldn't care less about hyunjin's 'accident'.
jisung sighed finally, unable to hold it back. "i'm going to miss him.. but at least he's in good health now. i couldn't ask for much more," he said, trying to focus on the good stuff now. maybe it would keep him from losing his mind. still, none of it settled right on his stomach and he craved answers. "..why'd you hurt him?.."
minho had to make sure he heard that right. "i don't know what you're talking about," he told him plainly, averting his gaze elsewhere. "why on earth would i hurt him anyway? plus, it's not my fault he fell.."
jisung was beginning to become frustrated with all of these lies. "minho! i know you did! i know what you did to felix and chan too, and it isn't right," he sputtered out, rambling his words. he was finally fed up with all of this. "i want to know the truth."
the taller pulled in into an alley and then pushed him against the wall to make him shut up. "be fucking quiet!" he hissed, not needing odd looks from outsiders. "i killed them okay! and i should've killed hyunjin for even talking to you." he let the younger male go before pinching the bridge of his nose. "i was protecting you from them."
jisung already knew what he'd done, but his words still felt like a slap in the face. "no... no this isn't right! killing people isn't protecting me, it's wrong and i'm not going to let you do it anymore," he spoke, then taking a deep breath. "whatever we had.. it's over minho," he said firmly.
a sudden rage entered the older's eyes. "you're not leaving me!" he told him, pushing him back to the wall when he tried to move. "not after all i've done for you, i fucking love you jisung." his eyes searched his face for any sign that it had been a lie. he found nothing.
"no, this isn't love!" the male spat back, tears bubbling in his eyes. his emotions had been played with, there was no redeeming what had been done these past few months. "just let me go, i don't want to be around you anymore."
something in minho snapped, the next action he took being a rash one. the knife had slipped from his pocket like a plaything, then quickly pulled across the pale flesh of jisung's before he could stop himself. dropping the weapon, he watched as the male sunk to the ground, blood bubbling from his mouth and flowing down his body.
sudden realization washed over minho as he heard jisung choking on his own blood and gasping for air that would never reach his lungs. red coated everything, including the older's own hands. "jisung..." tears fell down minho's cheeks, his rage being replaced with guilt. "i'm so sorry.." he whispered before stroking his cheek gently. "so, so sorry.."
then he fled the scene, taking the bloody weapon with him. just like that another body was on his hands. another life had been taken like it was nothing, though... jisung was his first love. he'd never be replaced, yet minho would rather have him dead than watch him love someone else.
