You're phone buzzed for the third time that morning. You were rushing around trying to hurry to get over to you're boyfriend, Louis's, house. You picked up the phone again, having a good feeling what awaited you on the other end.

"Hi baby," you said into the phone.

"Where are you?" a sad voice responded.

"I'm almost out the door babe. I just needed to grab a few things," you explained as you finished throwing bottles of water, Gatorade and boxes of crackers in a bag. Louis groaned.

"Please hurry, I don't feel well," he told you again. You were well aware that he wasn't feeling well. He had called you an hour ago telling you this fact as well.

"I know baby, I'm walking out the door now. Has anything changed?" you asked.

"I'm really nauseous now," he whined. You mentally groaned. Louis did not handle being sick well at all. He called you before telling you his stomach hurt and he wanted you to come over to be with him. Now he's moved to nausea, which meant a rough day for both of you.

"Do you feel like throwing up?" you asked cautiously.

"Yeah, I really need you here," he explained franticly.

"I'm getting in the car now Louis. I'll be there soon. Ok?" He whimpered a sad yes back to you and you said your goodbyes and hung up the phone. You pulled out of your driveway knowing it was going to be a long day.

Louis sat curled up on his bathroom floor. His stomach sloshed around threatening to come up back the way it came. He shivered both with the fever he was developing and out of fear. He hated throwing up. He would fight it until the last possible second. He heard his front door open and knew it was you. He felt too sick to call out for you, even when he heard you calling his name. He knew you would find him. He heard you come up the stairs still calling for him. All he could manage was a small groan. It seemed to be enough because soon after you made your way into the bathroom finding him there.

"Louis baby, are you alright?" you asked sweetly. Louis just shook his head, still feeling too nauseous to speak. You knelt down next to him and brush his hair around from his sweaty face. "Aww baby you're really warm." Louis didn't respond. He gulped down the feeling of his dinner rising in this throat. "Baby you know you can't fight it. You will feel so much better when you get all that nasty stuff out of your belly," you reasoned with him. He just shook his head. He felt his stomach contract a little that caused him to gag. He slapped his hand over his mouth and swallowed again. "Come on baby," you urged as you lifted him up over the toilet.

"I don't want to," he shivered, looking down into the toilet. You rubbed circles on his back and whispered softly to him, doing everything you could to get him to relax.

"I'm right here baby, just let it out and get it over with." Louis stomach churned and his mouth began to water.

"M'gonna be sick," he told you. You didn't answer. You just continued to rub his back. Louis gagged but nothing came up. He closed his eyes willing the pain to go away. He gagged again, still nothing. You knew he had to be in pain. You reached your other hand around his waist, placing you hand gently on his belly. You began to rub very soft circles on his belly trying to help it relax. Louis coughed, trying to get something up but nothing happened.

"Poor baby," you cooed, feeling helpless. There was nothing you could do for him except try to keep him calm. You could feel his stomach bubbling under your hand and knew how sick he must be feeling. You added a little pressure to his belly causing him to burp. He groaned a little but didn't protest. "You've got a lot of air in there baby." He just nodded. You pressed on his belly again and he burped again. He relaxed even more.

"It's passing," he told you. He sat there for a few more minutes while you helped him get the air out of his tummy and eventually he leaned back into your arms.

"Defiantly got some kind tummy bag, Lou," you told him. He just nodded.

"Can we go lay down in bed?" he asked taking a deep breath.

"Sure babe." You stood up and helped him to his feet. You followed him back to bed and climbed in behind him. You pulled him close to you and helped him relax. "Try to sleep baby. You'll feel better." He just nodded, his eyes already closing. "I'm right here." He hummed in response. His body exhausted, sleep found him easily.

Louis stayed asleep for about an hour, when he woke up a wave of nausea washed over him sending him shooting out of bed and running for the bathroom. You jumped, startled by his sudden movement but got up quickly to follow him. He crashed down in front of the toilet gagging just like he'd done earlier that day.

"Y/N," he called.

"I'm right here babe," you reassured him. You sat behind him rubbing his back again. His stomach made a terrible retching sound as his dinner made it's reappearance in the water below. "Aww baby," you cooed. He retched again bringing up more sick. It was all he could do to try to get breaths in-between rounds of intense vomiting. "That's it baby, that's it. Just get it up," you soothed. Louis's vomiting did not let up for several minutes then finally he could breath. You wadded up toilet paper wiping his nose and mouth free of sick before flushing it all away for him. Louis didn't say anything for a while. He just shook. You pulled him back into your chest and rubbed down his arms. You two sat in silence for a while just letting Louis catch his breath.

"I'm ok," he told you softly.

"Tummy feel better?" you asked. He shrugged a little.

"Don't feel like throwing up anyone. Just feels uneasy." You nodded.

"Why don't we go lay down again babe?" He nodded. You both stood up and went back into the bedroom. You lay down with him and hold him close. You felt his breathing even out and you knew he was asleep. You smiled and kissed his head and let your eyes shut to fall asleep with him.
