Guys, gals, and non-binary pals!

This my FIRST EVER Mafia/Gang styled book. I've been reading books in this genre for years and I've never really had the courage to write one let alone know where to even start if I were to write one. BUT! Today, god came to me—and through his holy words, he put thoughts and ideas into my head and then one thing led to the next and...bam? Here I am and here you are.

Welcome.

So anyways, onto main gist of this Author's Note creatively titled "Hello Friends", I still have no idea where I'm going with this story. But, I'm dedicated to trying it out and having fun with it while creating something that you all will love. Before—if you do decide to read onto chapter one, you should be aware that Matteo's Rapture is mature and a lot—by tenfold—darker and twisted than my other works. That means such topics as:

-Sexually—sometimes non-consensual—explicit writing/dialogue
-Crude Language, in other
words—swearing.
Lots of it.
-Violence
-Misogyny
-Racism
-Other themes that
self explanatorily fit into the mature
category

Please, if those listed themes aren't something you're comfortable with reading—this most definitely, without a doubt, is not the book for you. I would also like to make it clear that as things in this book progress, it will get darker and many actions/situations I write about will be upsetting in a multitude of ways. I'm not trying to normalize or romanticize the relationship between the antagonist and protagonist. Please keep that in mind. This is simply a work of fiction with a touch of psychology.

This warning is the last and only warning I'll give so anything from chapter one and forwards that you read, you've been warned.

Also, I only know a little bit of French—I understand better than I speak it and I know absolutely zero Italian so all translations will be coming from our dear and trusty friend...google translate. For that, I'm sorry in advance but if you do see any errors in the languages, please notify me:)
