Your mind has been occupied with fearsome thoughts ever since yesterday, repeating the incident, you take a deep breath, struggling to forget that awful feeling, briskly strolling by, you begin to question yourself, whether you had hallucinated it all, or was it, in fact, real. The thought of telling your parents never crossed your mind, for all you knew, it could just have been a shadow of a tree or something, but you didn't have any plants in your backyard, so you were quick to dismiss that. That notion made no sense..
Reaching the prestigious school, you were in your class without much of a hassle, settling in your seat, you sit still losing yourself in a river of thoughts, you flinch as your best friends approaches, calling out your name in advance, hastily gazing up, you forced on a smile.
"Hi mina.. good morning." You say, nothing else coming to your mind at that second. She returns the smile, supporting her arms on your desk.
"Morning y/n! You're okay right..? What happened last night? Why did you freak out so suddenly..?" She bombed you with questions, standing by for you to properly answer them.
"Oh, I just chickened out.. it was probably just my mind playing tricks on me."
"Hmm. But I thought you said, you weren't scared of ghosts or anything?" She smugly questioned, wiggling her eyebrows.
"Oh come on! That was a while ago, everyone's opinions change as time passes! And also, you aren't any better than me when it comes to scary stuffs!" You backfired, putting on a fake dramatic expression.
"What! I'am not! You do not have proof!"
"Oh yeah! Remember the time when everyone from our class turned into zombies! Oh boy I remember yours and uraraka's terrified faces!" You teased, grinning wide.
"Ahh! That's not ghost stuff!"
"Doesn't matter, proves that you can be scared of anything!"
Before you two could argue further more, kaminari steps in, glancing at the both of you, stretching on a smile, he speaks.
"Having an argument ladies~? Mind if I jo-"
"It's just a friendly argument, no need for your assistance!" You interrupted, plastering a board grin on your lips.
"Oh come on! You didn't even let me finish!"
"I knew what you were going to say so..."
Mina giggled, looking at the male from the corner of her inky eyes. Then, promptly, as if she had recalled something, eagerly, she begin to excite.
"Guys! Guys! Did you know we are going to a training camp! And we're all going tomorrow! Oh boy I can't wait, it'll be like a trip!"
"A training camp? Didn't we just have our agencies training?"
"Yeah, but I bet they'll go easy on us since we just got back from it! Aren't you excited y/n?!" Mina pouted, subtly leaning in.
"Yeah of course I am, but what I'm not excited about is packing my stuff again!"
"I agree with you, that's gonna be a chore."
Focused on drawing doodles on the page, you pay no attention to the lesson going on, staying in your imaginary world. Scribbling on some strokes, you feel a finger come in contact with your shoulder, a little taken aback, you turned backwards, meeting eye to eye with a certain green head. Softly smiling, you give him a quizzically look.
"Um u-um can I b-borrow a pencil..? i-i forgot mine." He stuttered, his big eyes larger than usually, you guessed he was just too concentrated that his emerald pupil look like they could explode. You nod your head, quickly searching for a pencil to give. When handing it to him, you could make out a rosy hue cowling his cheeks. His fingers were shaky as they reached out to take the item out of your grasp, stuttering out a nervous thanks he shyly looks down to his book, you turn your gaze back.
