I can already hear you all sighing, and thinking I'm being a major procrastinator, but if I don't write this now, I will lose the idea, and I'll get really pissed at myself. Anyway, the plot of the original book does NOT belong to me, but instead by a brilliant user called flawless-aks and I recommend that you first read their book, before reading this so the plot makes sense. The sole purpose of this, is for people who wanted a happy ending to Feel, so I'm giving it to you.

I hope you enjoy, and please feel free to correct, and give me constructive criticism, as long as it's not put in a rude way ^^

Also, I know that none of this is canon, and that the actual 22 year old Akaashi that is in the manga is an editor-

————————————————————————

It had been five years since Akaashi and Rika started to talk to each other after Bokuto's sudden death. They would laugh about certain topics, and maybe look back on some with regret. Though the latter was usually followed up with the ravenette comforting the mother about her son. Akaashi was definitely like a second child to her, and she may have felt closer to Bokuto because of it. Maybe it was her imagination, but she could feel Bokuto smiling whenever Akaashi did as well.

Meanwhile, Akaashi went on to be a professional volleyball player after graduation, meeting up with Konoha, Koutaro's (Sorry if that is spelt wrong) childhood friend. The two had come to a mutual understanding, and over time, developed a strong friendship. Onaga has stayed on Fukurondani's volleyball, much to Akaashi's surprise and delight. He was sure he would have left after the third year's had graduated, but apparently, quite the opposite happened.

Onaga was very passionate, carrying all the positive qualities that a good captain should have, and later made the Fukurondani volleyball team from the ground up, with him being the only person who had been on the old team of almost all third-years. Of course, Akaashi was there to help with sign-ups in his third year, since he had become captain, being the only third-year there.

Despite all of this, all of the members were able to keep in touch, meeting regularly to discuss school, and social life, with the exception of the new members of the club. Komi would often complain about the work, and Konoha would just say the same thing over and over in reply to his consistent whining.

"Just don't procrastinate" he'd answer, some times harshly with a yell, or as a snarky remark on a day where he could afford to be stressed out a tiny bit more. Meanwhile, Sarukui had gone straight into work as a coffee barista at a local cafe, and he even got a girlfriend. He was probably the most laid back out of everyone, and you could feel the slight twinge of envy from everyone around the cafe table when he would bring his quote unquote, 'sweet pea' into any conversation. Onaga would often ask for help with homework, which Washio would help him with while everyone else was arguing over if cheese was better than bread, or if narwhals were really from Earth.

But probably the biggest development of all, was Akaashi showing his feelings. He no longer had that neutral emotionless face, that would display nothing but a cold and distant stare, but instead he had a wide variation of expressions and jokes. Most of which, he remembered from his lessons with Bokuto. Some of them were worse than others, though there was always a ripple of nostalgia when they were told, even if everyone agreed they were terrible. The team around the table would admit how surprised and strange they first found Akaashi to have feelings, but quickly adapted as he used them frequently.

"So, what are you guys going to do when the new seaon starts?" Washio questioned on a particular Sunday, somewhat curious as to what Konoha and Akaashi's schedule was like in a week's time. Though, his subconscious seemed to already know the answer.
