Chapter 2

(Jamie's age is 20)

Jamie's POV

"I guess I could get him a pet, but I doubt he wants one" I said to a friend of mine. "Sure, I bet he love one" she said smoking a cigarette "I guess I could get him a dog" I shrugged. So we went and got a teacup Yorkey for Johnny and he liked her. She was a small dog with Ginger colored fur, so he named her Ginger. Real original, Johnny. Real original.

~~~Next Day~~~

"Alright, put your hands up and no one gets hurt!" I shouted. I was dealing with some killer in a bank, stupid right?

It took an hour for everything to calm down and get under control, under my control. "Look, I got go get my kid brother from school, think you can handle this without me?" I asked another one of the cops.

"Yes"

"Yes what?"

"Yes ma'am!"

"Good" I smiled and patted him on the back, I was top dog around here and anyone that steps out of line would have go through me or hell. They say hell would be a better choice.

I drove up to Johnny's school and waited for him. I leaded against the car, Johnny, Ponyboy, Steve and two bit saw me and walked over. "Hey Jamie, what you doing here?" Steve asked "came pick up Johnny" I answered.

"Can we come?" Two bit asked "sure why not" I shrugged. They got in the back but I stopped pony, "sit in the front" I said "but-" he tried argue.

"Sit in the front"

"Fine"

I drove to Pony's house with boys annoyingly asking me lots of questions.

"Where you get that cut?" Steve asked.

"What cut?" I asked.

"That one, the one on the back of your neck" two bit said.

I rubbed the back of my neck to feel a cut. "Hell if I know where this came from, maybe from that killer I was dealing with" I shrugged.

"A killer?" Johnny asked worriedly.

"Oh, don't worry the killer only killed 16 teenagers and only all of those kids were from your school" I said calmly.

"Geez that's great" two bit said sarcastically. "What's going happen to him?" Pony asked "well first, the killer is a girl next, she being put to death" I said. "A girl?" Steve asked "yeah she was a teacher that rapped 16 of her male students then killed them, she was doing meth or something" I said very nonchalant like.

"Was she cute?" Two bit asked. Steve slapped him upside the head. They started fighting and Johnny looked as if he was going to fall out the car. "Stop fighting before I make you go back to school" I threatened "no way I'm going back I just left" Steve said.

I stopped in front of the Pony's house. "Alright boys see ya" I said "if you want you can come hang out with us, if you want" pony offered. "Sure" I smiled.

I walked in with them and we started watching Micky Mouse "I love this show" I thought out loud, "no kidding" two bit said smiling "yeah."

"Can I get a drink?" I asked.

"Sure in the kitchen" soda said.

I got up and walked into the kitchen to see Darry. I never really actually talked to him so it was a bit awkward. "Oh hi Jamie..." he said awkwardly "hi, I was just coming in for some water..." I said uncomfortably "oh here" he handed me some water. I was standing in front of door, I had the glass of water in my right hand so when someone tried and open the door hitting my elbow making the water slip all over him.
