toby get's out of the bed and walks to the small bathroom that's connected to the room . he looks in the mirror and turns the water on , splashing it onto his face . i get up and walk into the bathroom and hug him . " sorry about that .. it was kinda my fault ." "hah , it was no one's fault , don't be sad about it , you did absolutely nothing wrong , i'm just gonna have slender bother me with it for a while , there's nothing he could punish me with . i'm on my own now ." i let go of him and walk back into the room , toby watching me as i walk back . " you gonna get dressed ? i'm about to shower , i feel weird . come join me ." i stop putting my shirt on and look at him . "is that such a good idea right now ?" he scoffs and shakes his head "i don't care , i'm going to do what i wan't . i'm not a child ." i put the shirt down on the bed and toby turns around to turn the water on . we stand in the bathroom awkwardly as the water warms up , while it's still cold i look up to toby . "i dare you to do something ." "like what ?" he tilts his head with a smirk . " get in the shower before it's warmed up . and put your back to it " he leans back onto the wall " yeah no . why don't you ?" i move towards the shower . "fine " i step in and put my back right to the water , toby looking at me in confusion . "how are you not freezing !?" " i always take cold showers . this is gonna be my first warm one in so long ." the water starts to warm up and toby steps in . " yeah it's not gonna be so great when you get hypothermia ." i put my hair under the water , ruining my fingers through the tangles . " yeah i bet that'll be great ." i chuckle as he hugs me and kisses my forehead . " you're weird ." toby says as he kisses me again .

once we finish with the shower we walk out of tobys room to find Jeff and another boy with a link costume on i guess ? " slender is pissed . i suggest steering clear of him ." "yeah , thanks asshole . i can't believe i'm even paired with you ." " hey , be lucky you're paired with me . someone mature has to watch over you ." Toby turns around to look at jeff . " yeah , okay ." toby eyeballing jeff with a smirk ." Jeffery ." the bleached boy got up as fast as he could , took the knife out of his hoodie picket and swung at toby , toby used his arm to block the knife from hitting his neck instead . toby uppercutting jeff , throwing him backwards . ' fuck , what do i do ?!' i run into tobys room and take a knife out of his dresser . i walk back out to toby and jeff still going at it , the elf boy still sitting there watching . i take the next chance i can get to plunge the knife into the bleached boy's hip , causing him to fall over holding his side . toby looks over at me fast " WHAT THE HELL DID YOU JUST DO ?!" toby looks scared , what did i do ? i defended him ! " oh .. little girl .. you better start running . now ." " jeff that's enough don't hurt her . she was defendi-" " THIS ISN'T HER FIGHT IS IT ?" jeff get's up and rips the knife out of his side , running at me . i turn around and lock myself in toby's room . opening his window and jumping out . running as far as i can into the woods . hiding behind a bush . " where are you , girl ? i know you're out here ~" something in my pocket is vibrating . i still have my phone , shit ! the buzzing is too low to be heard . thank god . "it's alright . i'll find you in a second ." i hear water being poured on the ground and sprayed everywhere . what is going to drown me ? a few seconds later the smell hit me . it was gasoline . i hear a match light and toby screaming . the boy who tried to untie me when i first got there came up to the bush where i was hiding . " you need to come with me , i'm going to get you out of here ." he grams my hand and stays crouched , walking through the grass . after we get so far he picks me up and starts runing as fast as he can . bringing me to the house i was at earlier . slender was standing outside talking to splendor . he notices the masked boy carrying me and stops us . " what did you and toby do ." i gues she was looking at me , his 'face' stayed in my direction . my body starts shaking and my face becomes very red . he asks me once more and sounds more angry . i immediately start crying and try to run off when the masked boy holds my arms behind my back . about an hour later i can't seem to bring myself to calm down . i need to be around someone . why would they lock me up like this . i'm not a prisoner . i start going through drawers when i come across a case full of knifes . unused and untouched . i take one out and bring it to my palm . testing how sharp it was . like a razor . i had a small prick in my finger , a bead of red comes out . am i really doing this . i told toby i wouldn't .. " i'm sorry , toby ." i bring the knife to my upper arm and press down . still debating if i want to even do this . what do i have to clean myself up with ? i press harder and quickly yank the knife across my arm . leaving a cut about 4cm wide . i set the knife down and sit back in the chair . watching the blood slowly fill up the would when toby crashes through the door . " (Y/N) ARE Y- " he pauses and i look at him with red eyes . " i promised to keep you safe . i failed ."
i walk up to toby hugging him . " but it was me who broke the promise not to do it . everything is okay now . you're here ."
