It's on the news, it's on the net,
Terrorists just blew a freaking jet.
Every nook, every corner, mankind pales.
Terror saga outplaced the fairy tales.
Who were they? Which country did they belong?
The questions that I asked, were completely wrong.
Niether they belonged to any country nor any caste,
Humans killing humans, rest is the past.
Scarlet red oozing, has a story to tell,
Narrating this cosmos as a living hell.
The peace, the sanctity on the verge of mythicising,
Marking the start of new religion, terrorising.
Here I pledge to fight this dark demon,
I cross my heart, when needed, I shall not run.
However small my role might be,
I'll do, for this world needs to be free.
