Chapter 5.

I read the note over & over again. I was still suprised. Since the boss isn't here maybe I could call him now?

I snuck out the front door & made my way to the back of the studio holding the note in my left hand & my phone in my right.

I typed the number into my phone..

"839.." I said. Done. I clicked the call button & placed the phone on my ear.

"Hello?"

"Hi!"

"Who's this?"

"Amanda..."

"I don't know any Amanda."

"This is Len right?"

'No, this is Ryde High Chinese."

"Oh, wrong number.."

I hung up. HAHAHAHAH. AWKWARD.

I typed the number again, paying more attention than last time.

"Oh it's 389.." I said to myself. I pressed call & put the phone onto my ear  again.

"Hello."

"Len?" I asked.

"Amanda?"

"yes! hello, I called the wrong number before.."

"Ryde High Chinese?" He asked.

"Yeah how'd you know?" um..

"Because I'm there right now! The owner hung up the phone & was like 'Who's Len, I don't know no Len, Len.. Amanda, what' haha"

"AWKWARD HAHAH" I giggled at my stupidness.

"Come meet me here! We can have lunch."

"Alright, see you in 10?"

"It's a date." he said & hung up.

Date?

I rushed back inside, grabbing my things (the flowers ♥) & logging off my Mac.

Everything was going smoothly till...

"Amanda!" It was Natalia.

"Natalia, I thought you weren't coming in today..."

"Yeah I know, but my spa day finished earlier than excpected."

"I was just about to leave, I made plans.." I said tapping my foot.

"Plans?! PLANS?!" This didn't sound to good.

"YOU MADE PLANS ON A WORK DAY, DO YOU THINK YOU CAN JUST SNEAK OUT WHEN I'M NOT HERE & LEAVE VICTORIA BY HERSELF"

"Um, she's pretty reliable." We turn to Victoria looking into the fishbowl.

"You're so cute, you don't have feet. You have funny feet hehe" Victoria said to herself.

I did a weak smile to Natalia.

"Hmpf." Natalia didn't look to happy.

"Hey, you got to sneak out of work for A SPA DAY!" I shouted at her.

"Erm, well. IT'S IMPORTANT."

"Well this is too!" I said right in her face.

"Well, if this is so important. You can do this everyday. YOU'RE FIRED" Natalia shouted & walked off with Victoria following her.

"Fish have funny feet." Victoria said to Natalia.

"Shut up" Natalia snapped.

"Open down. hehe"
