I woke up and smiled seeing lani still sleep.she is so perfect and cute.i brushed my teeth and took a shower and put my outfit on for tonight.me,lani,and August was wearing polka dots isn't that cute
I slipped on my heels and started doing my makeup and then I straightened my hair right before I was going to put on my earrings August wrapped his arms around my waist kissing my neck

Yn-I was thinking we should go downtown and officially adopt her

Me and Yn is adopting lani that is going to be great but why dec.15 oh well I'm just going to take a shower and put my clothes on and play with lani while the girls clean

Man I need to teach him how to do her hair wait what am I talking about August can't do hair even if it was for life or death lol. I just showed him to brush it gently into a ponytail then twist into a bun and he kept telling me to repeat a step

August-I know but how you get it like that(points to lani's hair)
Yn-nevermind lani you want to come help me and grandma nicki make cookies
August&lani-yes (screaming)
Yn-not you August I was talking to lani
August-aww man
Lani-mommy why can't daddy help
August-yea why not
Yn-because he has to go pick up his mom and nieces from the airport

Lani and Yn goes downstairs to help nicki with the food when there down it was afternoon and people started to arrive like jakeyah,both of Yn grandmas/grandpas came Yn greeted them and showed them lani everyone enjoyed them jakeyah and prince were playing with her and then August walked in with his mom and nieces they are so cute

August-oh this is Kay,chay,and mya and you already met my mom

Yn-well I found her at the mall she told me her mom just left her there and now she is here with us and we are planning to adopt her

They ran outside and started playing with the other kids.i was walking around the corner and then I stopped and heard talking so I was listening
Am-August you are not ready for a child
August-yes I am you acting like lani is a baby she is five we can handle her and if you don't want to accept that then don't be in lani's life.your the only one who is taking this hard why can't you be like nicki and support us
Am-because I'm not a cool mom doesn't mean anything I care for you and lani but Yn I don't know she looks like the type to take your heart then then break it into a million pieces
August-that's were your wrong she would never break someone's heart it would probably be me breaking hearts .mom I don't know what happened to you but it needs to be fixed
Yn-(wiping her eyes)
August-(walks into you)babe you okay
Yn-no Aug your mom hates me
August-no she doesn't she is just acting crazy
Yn-no you need to apologize to her
August-she should be apologizing to you
Yn-please Aug I don't want to fight
Am-no August is right I should be apologizing for being out of line.yn I just don't want to loose my baby

We go back in the room and we are all saying what were thankful for and it was my turn
Yn-I'm thankful for my family,friends,August,and lani
Then it was lani's turn
Lani-I'm thankful for my new family,and my new mommy and daddy
I shed a tear and lani wiped it
Lani-mommy don't cry
Everyone awed at her
Then it was August turn
August-I'm thankful for my family,friends,lani,an my beautiful girlfriend Yn she is the best thing that ever happened to me
Everyone awed and we started eating the food was good I was enjoying myself.lani was laughing with the kids,and August was joking with everyone

Everyone laughed and everyone started to clean up I got to know August nieces and August mom I picked up a sleeping lani and put her pjs on I don't know what I wouldn't do without her I thank god for her.i put lani in the bed and put my pj shorts on and a tank top and I got in bed next to lani she put her arms around my neck and then August came in and laid down with us and we all fell asleep
