The next day at school I walk into my enig class and already see that Jc is there I smile little because sense we've been friends I've always been the one comes early.
"Your here early" I said while sitting down. "Yeah I know" he smiled. Before I could talk again the teacher came in "ok hello class how are you doing today happy Monday" Mrs.Jones said. Jc gave me look like yeah right I wish it was Friday again.
"So for the next two weeks we will be doing a group project and your partner will be the person that is sitting next to you". That's good thing because I hate doing projects with strangers it's always very awkrnd. She started writing on the chalk bored she turned to us when she was done writing. "You and your partner will be making a fiction story it has to be 10 to 40 pages long" "gosh why does it have to be so long?" I whispered to Jc. He give me understanding nod. "This will be due in three weeks now I want you and you partner to talk quietly about you are going to write about"
"What do you want to write about?" he said. "I don't know" we begun to think it seem liked it took forever just for us to think what to write about but then fallyin Jc said something. "How about we write about these two kids falling in love and they both have Cancer but the guy dies in the end?" "That's already a book I said while trying real hard not to laugh. "It is?" I first I throught he was jokeing but by the look on his face he was sieous.
"Yeah its called The Fault In Are Stars" I said still laughing. "I knew that" he brushed his shoulder like he was trying to take off dust that was on his shirt. "Yeah sure you did" I said rolling my eyes playful. The bell rung. "You should come over to my house after school so can work on the paper?" I said. "Uhm yeah sure I'll be there" he walked out of the classroom while I stood there for a few seconds because for some reason I couldn't wait for school to be over so that could see him again.
School was over faster then I throught it would be when the bell rung I particularly when run out my classroom. I dove a little faster to get home then I usly do because I just told Jc to come to my house after school I didn't say a seip time. So for all I know he could be there waiting for me on my doorstep.
When I pulled up in my drive way he he wasn't there thank god! I put the key in the door then twist. I go into the living room and sit down on the couch then turn on the TV. I feel my phone buzz in my back pocket I get it out to see who is.
I think there is one big detail you forget to give me it oh and btw this is Jc. I type back with a big smile on my face how could o have been so stupid. So sorry and how did u get my number?? : me I felt it again a few seconds later. Emma gave it to me (:Jc I rolled my eyes. Then my didn't you ask her for my assdes: me to?? Oh Idk lol:Jc my asddes is 1018 rose petal lane: me
K:Jc. Gosh Jc is so weird couple mintues later there was a knock at the door I got up form the couch and opened the. There Jc stood smiling he bit his lip then stepped inside my house.
"You have really nice house he said. "Thanks" I closed the door "so let's go into the living room and get started" I said joging a little. "Wow someone is a little enger" he said. "Yep the faster we get this done the better" I had everything we needed on the living room table I grabbed a notebook and pencil then handed it to Jc. "So you start writing the paper while I watch some TV" I said. "Wait what!?" he said with a big smile. "You heard me now get started we don't have all day" while snaping my fingers.
"No your going to write the paper" he said. "Sorry i can't I suck at writeing"
He shoved the notebook in face playful then started ticking my stomth. "Stop Jc!" I said while laughing really hard. "Then say your going to help me write the paper"
"No!" I said. "ok then" he ticked me even harder till the point were couldn't take it anymore.
"ok ok I'll help you with the paper!" I said while out for breath. I didn't realize it till now that he was positioned on top of me. But he wasn't touching me kind of hovering almost but i still got gorse bumps for some reason. I looked in to his brown eyes he looked in to mine. I was afraid that if I stared a second longer I could lost in how beautiful they were.
Flashback
I looked into Trevors brown eyes for the time as seeing him then just more then a friend. He looked back at me with the same kind of look. We have been dateing for almost year now but never said I love you. But we didn't need to we knew how felt about each other and words wouldn't change that. But whenhe said it out loud to me it was like music to my ears like a whole new door just opened right before my every eyes.
"But how can you be so sure I mean we are only 13?" I said while breaking are eye contact now.
"Because I've been more sure than anything in my life the fact I love you is never going to change"
"Promise?" I said. "promise" we layed back down on my bed and I fell a sleep on his arms.
"Army are you ok?" Jc said with concern in his voice.
"Yeah... let's just get started on the paper"
We went on like nothing had happened. While i tryed to forget the fact that I had another flashback of Trevor maybe its Jc's brown eyes that reminded me of him I don't know what is but I kind of wish that tiny moment that we shared would have lasted longer for some reason I don't why but I just do.
