His Time Capsule

Prologue

Have you ever felt so empty? Like when you open your eyes in the morning, you always feel the same thing. You know, you see the same stuffs, the same people, do the same thing over and over again...

I hate it. I've had enough.

Suddenly, I want something new.

But the thing is, I don't know exactly what I like... I just wanted to experience something new...

"Arriving at Sta. Clara Station."

Bumaba na ako ng train. I went down stairs, and look at my surroundings. Everyone seems in a hurry, and I suddenly look at the time. I still have 30 minutes.

*Phone rings 09xxxxxxxxxx is calling.

Sino naman kaya to? I don't answer calls from unregistered number so I ignored it.

Aakyat sana ako ng rooftop para magpahangin pero sarado ito. Strange. Hindi naman yun sinasara. Bumaba na ako pero napahinto ako nang may marinig akong hakbang. Madalas walang tao dito dahil halos lahat ang puntahan ay mga usual places like linear park, cafeteria, field or court.

Pagkalingon ko ay bumungad sa akin ang lalaking iyon. The guy I used to be with. But no, he was not my ex-.

"Long time no see." Sabi ko. Nung una ay naghehesitate akong sabihin iyon matapos ng lahat. Tutal I'm a great pretender so, yeah.

Hindi siya umimik.

"See you around. Bye." Sabi ko at kunwaring nagmamadali nang umalis. Hindi ko talaga alam kung paano ko siya kakausapin matapos ang lahat. Masyado ng maraming nangyari...

"Bring that back or it will destroy you." Napatigil ako nang bigla siyang nagsalita mula sa likod ko, matapos noon ay agad na siyang umalis.

Ayoko. Yun na lang ang alaala ko sa kanya. I can't let go of it.. of him.. I just can't.
