I unlocked my locker to get my stuff. It was the end of the day. When I shut my locker, Kylie and her friends were behind the locker door.
" Hey! " I said surprised.
" Hey " Kylie said.
" What bus do you ride? " Sarah asked.
" Bus 397 " I replied.
All of the girls smiled. They all lived in my neighborhood.
We all started to walk towards the bus lot. We passed several buses until we reached bus 397. Sarah led us all onto the bus and to the very last seats on the bus.
" Ok let's talk! " said Kylie .
" About what? " Rachel asked as she sat down next to me.
" We should all hang out today! " said Sarah happily.
" Maybe we could all hang out at my place? " I added.
" Let's all text our moms and ask! " said Kylie.
All of us pulled our phones out of our pockets and texted our moms.
" I can go! " said Rachel.
" Same. " said Kylie and Sarah.
" My mom said it's fine! " I said excitedly.
The bus stopped at the end of my street. Rachel got up first and I followed her. Kylie and Sarah followed behind me. We all stepped off the bus and headed up the street to my house. I kept wondering how my new friends would react to my house and my family.
I unlocked the door to my house and hurried my friends into my house.
" Your house is HUGE! " said Sarah.
" Woahhhhh! " said Kylie and Rachel.
" This is my house... " I said nervously.
