So far living with the rest of the pack was pretty uneventful other than some small events and they had been very nice to him. They helped him move his few belongings from the treehouse, they gave him a small tour and helped him through the transition. He's been there for around 3 weeks and has noticed Namjoons gift for breaking stuff.
Crash
"Namjoon!"
"I'm sorry I-I didn't mean to! F-forgive me. I-I know t-that meant a lot t-to you, I-I'm sorry that my clumsiness has m-made me knock it over." Namjoon apologizes franticly.
"It's alright just go talk to Yoongi or someone. I'll clean up here, I don't want you breaking more stuff here."
"Sorry, Jin," Namjoon says in a meek voice.
Yoongi still struggled to warm up to the other omegas. They were so energetic and talkative, two things he isn't so he preferred hanging out with the alpha's as they just cuddled or chatted calmly. But he worries that the other omegas think he hates them, which he does not. So as he overheard their conversation, as a loud crash is hard to miss, he decided this might be a good time to try and warm up to the taller omega.
"H-hey Namjoon," Yoongi said quietly. "C-can we hang out? I feel bad that I don't talk to you or Jungkook much."
"Sure! What do you wanna do? We ca- oh sorry." Namjoon excitedly replies until he realizes he's too loud as the older is covering his ears. He forgets that he can be loud and the older doesn't fancy that so much.
"What would you like to do hyung?" Namjoon says in a quieter voice.
"I uh I don't know, anything as long as there isn't too much movement or involves leaving the house," Yoongi responds.
"Oh, hmmm."
And that is how Yoongi, Namjoon, and Jungkook ended up cuddling while watching movies and talking.
Another time, Namjoon and Jungkook managed to almost burn down the kitchen while cooking, luckily they had Yoongi to try and save them. Yoongi kinda joined in on the mess though. They wanted to make their alpha's happy, which usually they don't care so much about ranking but they may or may not have been in pre-heat.
Let's start at the beginning of that day.
So all of the omegas woke up sweaty and mind fuzzy that day, however it wasn't particularly overwhelming. The alphas went to work after breakfast, which Jin happily made. Then the omegas just watched tv or chatted.
"Hey guys, what if we baked the alpha's favorite pastries?" Jungkook asked.
"That would be cute, we should try it." Namjoon agrees.
"Yeah, I mean how hard can it be?" Yoongi says.
"So it's settled, we shall bake them deliciousness," Jungkook says in a determined voice.
So they got the recipes and sent Namjoon out to grab what they needed as he's the most alpha-like while they worked on what they could. They also came up with a way to bake the most in the least amount of time.
"I'm back!" Namjoon yells as he enters the house with three bags of ingredients.
"Great! We have some recipes almost finished but we needed the other ingredients. Thanks, Namjoon." Jungkook says energetically.
Soon they placed two things into the oven and did what the recipe said, so when smoke started to come out of the oven, they started panicking.
"What did we do?"
"We did what it said."
"Ah! The smoke alarm. Someone open a window!"
And so on.
So when the alphas saw 3 exhausted omegas and a smoky kitchen, they wondered what happened.
"What happened here?" Taehyung asked.
The three looked at each other and started to tear up thinking the same thing. 'I'm sorry. We meant to do well. We've disappointed them.' And they broke into sobs. This shocked the alpha's who quickly went to comfort them.
"Shhh, baby shh it's ok. Breath. Can you tell us what happened?" Jin asks Namjoon.
"W-well we wanted to make-" Namjoon started.
"-you guys happy, s-so we wanted to-" Yoongi picked up.
"-bake something for you guys. S-so we-" Jungkook said.
"-We got the ingredients a-and then something-" Namjoong keeps it going.
"-went wrong and then t-the oven started to smoke." Jungkook finishes the story.
"We're sorry." Yoongi ended.
"Awwww, thanks for the thought, but we really are happy just having you guys with us," Jimin said.
"Yeah. But if you want we can try again tomorrow." Hope says.
"Really?" Jungkook asks hopefully.
"Yes baby," Tae confirms.
