Recap: " Why is the leach lover here?"

I couldn't understand for a moment there, what he meant by leach lover but I am slowly gathering that it might be vampires they are talking about.
Well vampires are far from leaches ! But how come he knows that I was dating a vampire??
Ooh My God! He Knows I Was Dating a Vampire!
OMG these guys know Billy and he is close to Charlie Omg we they going to tell dad?!
"I don't know what you're talking about and you better not be on steroids or Drugs!"
"Oh my gosh! Jake are you on Steroids? Is that why you..."
"Bella.."
" are avoiding me ?"
"Bella listen to me" He places his hands on my shoulders as he tries to get my attention and as soon as he does this we hear a growl from behind us ready to tear anything apart?!
Oh Gosh what is happening? where did that voice come from? are the Cullens Back?
As I am turning to look into the forest to see where the growl came from I realise it wasn't far rather near, quite near.
One of the puff guys was penting up and down with nostrils flared and face red with an unknown emotion unbeknownst to me.
Sam the leader quickly takes action and tells him to go cool off in the forest though I don't know how that's possible unless he talking about the weather and they were already shirtless I don't think they need much more cooling off then it already is and we live in Forks it doesn't get any colder I am afraid.
Turning my attention back to Jake I feel like too much has changed about him and I see him locking eyes with Sam and nodding his head slightly in his direction.
Sam tells me that now is not a good time to be here for my own safety and that once things are cooled down he would send Jake to talk to me. Though he never once feels guilty sending me back home, like he owns the place or something.
I look back towards Jake only to find the spot empty beside me and I feel the chilly rain soak my clothes in as soon as the first few drops hit my face.
I reluctantly turn and face my truck, back towards the town I guess. But as I am making a u-turn I see the guy Pail or Paul I guess his name was returning from the forest, and I can't help but stare and wonder how he knows about leaches.. vampires I mean?
