Chapter 8: Shooping and Sapphire Blue

So it's our graduation day. And we have a prom this Saturday and today is Thursday i

haven't even bought a dress. So I don't know who would ask me to go to the prom with.

The prom rules are the guys will ask the girls out. But Chanyeol won't

probably ask me. Because a lot of girls keep bugging him to ask the, to the prom. And I

thought Chanyeol would be asking one of them but the weird thing is, he ignored all of

them.

Anyways, I planned to go to the mall today. "Channie ah, I'm going to the mall today to get

a dress for prom. I'll be back before 6!" I shouted as he was in his room. Just playing with

his phone. "Mwo? Now? WAIT!! I wanna follow. I need to buy a suit and tie!!" he said as

he ran out of his room. "Ahhh, arraseo, palli, go get dressed in, whatever" you said.

"Yah, why are you dressing like that? Yellow plain tee and one strap of the jeans thing

hanging? That's stupid." he said as he pointed at my clothing. "It's fashion not stupid." I

said. He got dressed and we went out to the nearest shopping mall.

I went to a boutique called "Suits and Dresses"All of the dresses are beautiful. I planned to

wear a sapphire blue dress. And since they sell suits Chanyeol will buy at the same store.

"Ya, go and choose your suit." I said. "Aniyo, I want to wait for you." he said as he sat on the

couch which they placed in the boutique.

I browse through the dresses and there it was. The most beautiful dress I've ever seen. It's

a sapphire blue dress which stopped right above my knee length but the top it will reveal

my chest but I will cover it up with my long hair. It's like those ballerina tutus. But much

nicer. I tried it on and Chanyeol waited for me outside the living room. I went out and

Chanyeol looked at me from the bottom to the top with his mouth hanging open.

"Why? Nice right?" I said. He nodded. "yeah buy that Rini ah." he said. Of course I bought

that. But it was like 142,000 Won. But I have the black credit card so i pay it with it. I

followed Chanyeol to the men's section. He picked a black suit.

"Can I have a sapphire blue tie please?" he asked. The salesman went to search for it. "Hey,

sapphire is my dress colour," I said, pouting. "Well, it's my Favourite colour," he sass. "Ugh,

why are you so sassy," I fluffed. "You're sassy at times," he argued. After all the sassing, he

got his tie and we went to eat dinner at an Italian restaurant.

"We can just eat burgers you know, fancy restaurants are expensive. I'm not used to

this," I said, looking around. "But I am used to it. Besides, there spaghetti. And pizza," he

said while pointing at the Menu.

After all that eating, we went home at 10pm. We washed up and go to sleep straight away.

"Rini, jaja!" he said. "Ne Channie Oppa, jaja!" I replied, turning the lights off.
