  Reflection.
I walk to the frozen lake and see my reflection, I look
  Empty.
I lean down and touch my reflection and the abandoned car park turns to a snowy field.
   Ice.
I hear a ringing high pitched noise then my reflection pulls my into the lake and a thick layer of ice forms atop. I try to break the ice but its useless, it's as if the glass is bulletproof. I struggle for some time before I can no longer hold my breath

   suffocating .

I was suffocating. I couldn't breathe, my lungs were turning to ice. I took a breathe, inhaling the icy water of the frozen lake.

   Dark.

My vision was beginning to go dark, all of the air in my lungs being replaced with icy water. I look up through my darkening vision and see my reflection stand there, starring. My reflection plunges its hand into the lake, reaching straight through the layer of ice as is it wasn't there. My vision goes black as my reflection grabs onto my hand.

   Awake

   Alive.

I wake up under a tree with pink, blooming flowers, that was next to the frozen lake. The wind blowing slightly, making it seem almost a scene from a cheap romance movie. It was the same place i had been before i was pulled into the lake only now it seemed like late spring instead of winter.

   Ghost.

My reflection emerged from the water and slowly walked to me. I tried to speak but it put it's hand over my mouth, it speaks  "Your voice is not important, do not throw yourself away. You have to deal with the pain in the present,  do not let yourself get to a breaking point. Breathe." it finished then vanished.

   Breathe.

I took a breath, closed my eyes and when i opened then i was back in the abandoned car park. " You are welcome anytime" written in pink petals on the ground.
