The Ikigai

How it all began

It all started with them, the divine order. These beings were the overseers and creators of everything in the known multiverse, time and space were just two things made by their divine power, they created everything that exists and what will come next. This divine order was made up of 5 people all set to be equal in power, or at least it was thought to be that way.

You see parallel to our existence there was another created by the divine order as a test to see if they could bring back the missing king of their order. This king had granted the divine order the power and authority over the multiverse that they hold but they could only control the multiverse. he had control over all of existence including theirs. But many years ago he had vanished, in search of new ways to use his power. To do this, he had to leave to a place that no one would be able to reach him at, he had to go to another realm entirely.

Even though the divine order had this power to control existence it was again in only the multiverse. They were still bound by the dimension by which they were brought into, so getting to the king would be impossible unless they had more power. Which is what one member of the order set out to do, He will be labeled as Nightmare. In secret from the others, he did more experiments with this parallel universe to try and obtain more power to free the king. But in doing this he was corrupted by some unknown dark energy, This dark energy is stated to be called "The Everlast".

This corruption not only gave him more power than any of the divine order but it twisted his mind. He wasn't the pure divine being, he was created to be, he was sick and deranged. Obsessed for more power, he attacked the rest of the divine order in hopes of stealing the power from their souls. But instead, the divine order had come up with a plan for this very moment, because they found out about Nightmare's corruption, they forged an ability to merge the souls of the 4 remaining divine order into one more powerful and pure-hearted being, which will be known as  "Jinki".These two all-mighty beings had a clash that lasted 8000 years, but it eventually ended with the defeat of both sides. The two beings were very relative in power but Jinki had an ability that utilized a sealing technique, but using this ability sacrificed their souls to the same seal.

Before all of this happened, the divine order had created infinite timelines and universes. In most of these timelines and universes, there were things different in each one. They experimented with letting these worlds have ikigai (the source of power for all supernatural occurrences) in their universes and then there were ones without. The universe that starts it all is one of the universes where ikigai is discovered by scientists. But also in this universe, they had the everlast but the divine order didn't put this here, it isn't revealed who does this. This universe will be called "Ground Zero". Get ready because this where everything starts. The battle of our existence is getting prepared to go down.........
