Chapter 2: Meeting A Mystery

??? POV

I was curious about Aster's friend. For some strange reason, I can make portals but there's an invisible force stopping me from going through completely, that means that a part of me can go through it and I could get something from there, I can also make it invisible and visible to everyone on the other side if I wanted to. It can also be used as a window so I can see the outside world, from what I see it's the surface, I just thought of an idea, I could try to see if someone can go through my portals, I know I can get objects through but I never tried a person.

As I was looking for Ales, no Alice (I remember now), I found her and I guess you can say that I was stalking her. She was at her house and I took the opportunity to leave a note.

I left it on the counter and she came almost instantly

She noticed the letter and her face showed confusion and concern I think it's because she didn't expect to find my note and is worried about what might be on it.

I was curious about her reaction, She looked deep in thought. I heard her mumbling something. "G and Aster? Gaster? Why is it so familiar? I know I never heard it before, and why does it sound like Aster, I might have to ask Ash about it later." Ash? Does she mean Aster? It is likely. She went to do something and I closed my window to think about her and her reaction.

Alice POV

I got home and saw a portal? It closes as soon as I saw it but not before leaving a note. I read it.

I don't want to cause panic. I am just curious to see if my child is doing OK. Please come for a visit. I will open a portal when you say "Otfusz moye okno" it is not how it is s please don't worry I wouldn't hurt my child's friend. I hope my message doesn't startle you.

I was confused and concerned about what was on the note. My child? G? G. That letter is important. Why I honestly don't know. I felt watched until now, that feeling disappeared, why? I am confused as to what does this note me mean and how it got there.

A few hours passed and my mind kept going back to that note. I decided

"Otfusz moye okno"

Later (G POV)

I don't know how but I knew when she said it.

I opened the portal as if on command, though that is pretty much true. She cautiously walked in, I'm sure she was as curious about it as I am about her.

I hope I won't scare her. I really do.

Alice POV (again)

I went through the portal as there seems to be nothing. Not even walls.

I was confused again. "Hello? Anyone there? I don't want to be alone" I called out, hoping for a reply.

"I have no intention to harm my child's friend in any way" A voice seemingly out of nowhere answers my call, my call for company. "I am quite curious of you, Alice." The voice added

I responded with "Who the fudge are you?"

"I have been forgotten by almost everyone. Just call me G, like I signed in the note."

"So you wrote it!?"

"Yes, dear Alice."

"I still don't know how you know my name. How do you know my name?"

"I guess you can say I was stalking you and my child. I don't mean it in a bad way. It's just that I had to leave her to be safe. I hid her but she was gone. I did everything I could possibly think of to find her, yet to no avail. I gave up after 4 years."

Alice was filled with confusion as she tried to understand what he just said. Soon he continued.

"I see you're confused." A moment of silence. "Is it ok if I ask a few questions about you and my child? Even though I just did, heh heh." He quickly added, "You can ask questions too as you're clearly confused."

"Sure, as long as I can refuse to answer a question."

"Good."
