Chapter 21

Karry's pov. (Edited)

I wake up with no kind of any sounds except my alarm

Right I have work I got to the shower and took 30 minutes and put my clothes on

I got downstairs and see no one there

Jenna probably left for work already so I just had to stop by a cafe and get my breakfast there

I got to work with my coffee and sit down on my chair in my office

It was too quite too much I stood up and looked for Annabelle, Ellen, and Jenna but I couldn't seem to find them

I looked outside but nothing

I texted them

To Cheeseburger (that's their group chat) where are you guys?

I texted all of them but no answer

Finally work was done and it was 4:30 so I went out the building and went to straight to my car

I got in but on the way to the apartment I see everyone I see Jenna, Annabelle, Ellen, and the guys in a club

I probably get it they didn't want to invite me because I don't really like clubs and other of those alcohol stuff

I got to the apartment and drop my bag on the floor and sat at the living room

I usually do this everyday

But I realized I have been in a really grumpy mood lately so I think that's why they don't want to hang out with me

The girls still hasn't showed up in work today wonder why

Every time Jenna comes home I try to make a conversation but she just seems to end them

I decided to take a day off at work today and go to the beach and relax for now

I got to the beach and I went to change into my swimsuit so I could read a book In the sun

When the sun got blocked and someone was covering my way

I looked up and see Luke

"Can you please move I need the sun" I said

"Oh sorry" Luke said siting beside me

"So hows life?" He asked

"Um nothing much is happening only one thing if you know what that is" I said and put my book back in my bag and took a shirt out to wear

"Hmm I may know what it is" Luke said smirking at me

"Where everyone?" I asked putting my shades on

"They're in the water" he said pointing at them

I sighed and laid down on my towel

"What's wrong?" Luke asked

"It's just why don't you guys invite me anymore" I said

"We all just think that your to busy and don't have time" he said sighing

"Well a call could always help" I say and grabbing my stuff and walking away

I put my earphones on and started listening to You and I by Ingrid Michaelson

I went to the cafe where they sing stuff and I went on the stage and sang you and I by Ingrid Michaelson

" Don't you worry there my honey we might not have any money but we've got our love to pay the bills"

"Maybe I think your cute and funny maybe I wanna do what bunnies do with you if you know what I mean"

"So let's get rich and buy our parents homes in the south of France, let's get rich and give everybody nice sweaters and teach them how to dance, lets get rich and build a house on a mountain making every body look like ants"

"From way up there you and I you and i"

"Well you might be a bit confused and you might be a little bit bruised but baby we spoon like no one else"

"So I will help you read those books If you would sued my worried looks"

"And we can put the lonesome on the shelf"

I sang and stopped playing the ukelele I put the ukelele back and stood up I herd people clapping I looked behind me and I see everyone

I walked off the stage and went to them

They all gave me a hug and started talking

"OMG you never told us you could sing!!" Ellen said

"Never came up" I said

"Aww we're sorry we don't invite you anymore, we were just busy" Jenna said hugging me again

"It's okay, anyways I'm going home see you guys later" I said getting in my car and driving home
