The phone call

Hinata POV

As we were all getting our new measurements and high and the boring stuff.

I was most excited about winning against kageyama which was not going well so far :\ oh well I said as we finished and were about to start actual volleyball practice finally I thought

As we walked to the gym I saw coach and my sister anna which was rare sight considering how busy she is and her being the assistant “coach” I thought

“Hey shoyo” she said as she ruffled my hair

“Hey nee-san” I said as I tackled her into a big hug I could feel the daggers of my sepai on my back

“okay get off shoyo”she said as I released her and she caught her breath

Ok back to practice now! Yelled coach at us not wanting to defy him we all went to practice.

“Oi boke you missed my set”he said as I was snapped into reality he looked mad

“Sorry” I said sheepish as I rubbed the back of my neck he looked at me and was about to say something but then yaichi walked up to me “your phone has been going off for a while it might be an emergency”she said as then she walked away.

Who could possibly call me now as I looked at the call log and saw the same two phone numbers canna? Why would she and my dad call me as I was about to call them back as sensei bursting into the gym clearly having exciting news.

What's wrong sensei? asked my sister  

As he managed to catch his breath and started giving the news.As my mind was already gone and thinking of  the worst outcome why did they call me? As I started to get more and more worried but had no guts to call them back as I was snapped back to reality by the shooked voices of my friends

Wish I had  paid attention to know what happened something about japan and kageyama and tsukishima going to a camp

As my phone started to ring again as I clutched it trying to ignore it

“Aren't you going to pick it up?” I turned and it was my sister

“Ummm yeah I said trying to hide the storm of worry

As I excused myself to answer outside not wanting to bother the team happy cheers of whatever was going on.

As we all said congratulations to kageyama and tsukishima we then noticed the gym was too quiet we looked around Hinata was nowhere to be found

As Suga asked “where's Hinata ?”

“Oh he had a phone call and went outside to answer it I'm sure its nothing he'll be back soon”said Anna

We all though he was acting all absent minded during practice he didn't even argue with Kageyama

We later heard the sound off something falling outside as we all rushed to the sound outside

To find Hinata on his knees with tears in his eyes as he looked at us with saddness and anger in his eyes.
