Harry's POV
I just finished cooking when I heard the door being slammed. "Exactly on time" I said to myself.
I go to Jennifer and greet her. "Hey Jennifer". She didnt respond, just faked a smile and went upstairs.
What's wrong? She is upset at something.
I follow her to the bedroom and find her taking off her earrings. I sit on the bed. "The dinner is ready" I said to her. "I'll be down in a minute. What are we eating?"
"Grilled cheese" I responded "Okay"
Jennifer's POV
We spent the dinner in silence. I sensed that Harry is wondering what is wrong. I can see it in his eyes. I decided to take a step.
"Do you want to go for a walk in the park?" I said from nowhere
"Y-yeah. Sure" he nodded.
We were walking down the alley. The lamps were the only source of light. The weather was a bit cool so I hugged his arm.
"How was your day?" I asked him, indicating him to ask me back
"Normal. I went to the office. Everything is fine there. They miss you" he chuckled, trying to make me feel better.
I giggled and sighed. "How about yours?" "How is Leah?" he added
"She is fine. Great. She has a boyfriend" I replied kinda annoyed
"What's wrong with that? Dont you like the guy?"
"I havent met him yet. This weekend they are coming over for a dinner- If it's okay with you" I said hoping he would reject
"I'd love to. I really want to meet her. I have seen her in the office several time" he said with a smile
"Now you'll have the chance" I smiled too.
I hope this Angelo guy is a nice guy. I want a real man for my Leah.
Harry's POV
Jennifer's Visa Card just arrived at the office. She would love to see it.
I go to her office and sit across the desk. "What brings you here?" she smiked
"Something you'd like" I smirked
She rested her back on the chair "Go on"
I handed the envelope with the card. She widened her eyes and smiled big. "My Visa!"
She hugged me of happiness. It felt good. "Now you can stay legally in my country" I laughed
"Yeah.. and we have to divorce" she looked down. It's like she doesnt want to. Well, I dont want to divorce her too.
We are not a real couple but it feels awesome to live with her. Slowly I get to know her and she is like wonderland. She can surprise you with everything.
Suddenly her phone rang.
"I will go now, I still have work" I said so that she can talk freely.
She just nodded and aswered her phone "Hey Lee" I could hear before I closed the door.
Harry's POV
Today is over. Jennifer and I are going home. She looks upset again. I wonder why.
"You said you want to go to the supermarket before we go home. Is it still on the list?" I asked
"No. We wont have dinner."
Here's the problem.
"W-why? Something wrong?"
"She is going in Mexico with her boyfriend" she said and brusted in tears
"She'll come back. Maybe she is going just for the weekend. Dont cry Jennifer" I held her hand and rubbed it with my thumb while driving.
"But you wont be able to meet her" she sobbed
"I will meet her another time. Dont worry"
Jennifer's POV
We were about to go to bed. Harry was sitting on the bed and I was removing my make up. He was looking something on his phone.
I after I was done I climbed on the bed and fixed my pillow but I didnt feel comfortable.
"Can I snuggle in you?" I asked Harry.
"Sure. Come closer" he made a room for me and I lay on his chest.
He rubbed my back and it felt like heaven. "Harry?"
"Yes, Jennifer?"
"Lets have a baby"
